The craziest thing is when they left, my life immediately got better. Another reason why It did to, because I realized with that narcissist I was doing so much dumb crap to keep them around. When I gave all that up and just said I’m starting over nothing but blessings.

My narcissist told everyone I was sleeping with my 14 year old daughters 14 year old boyfriend. He went to my game club and wrote a letter saying I had slept with black guys and got herpes, that he had just slept with me a few weeks ago, he said he caught me having sex with the dog, he called DCF, zoning, building department, my work trying to totally destroy me in every way. This was after I took him back in after several months of trying to get away from him and the only way he got back in was because he had a strep throat infection in his testicle and had to have it surgically removed. He also had 2 bilateral lung blood clots, so I empathized for him and got him back on his feet which took me 3 months to do. And this is how he repays me. He lighted my boat motor on fire because he was jealous that I had a 70 hp outboard engine and his was only 40 hp. He HAS to win. He WILL win EVEN IF YOU DIE. I had also trusted him to put brakes on my front tires. He purposely did not put in a caliper bolt and my brakes locked up in the middle of a busy intersection and I skidded fishtailing through it. Get out fast.

Omg...after my relationship ended with my ex (narc), he actually angrily said those words to me: "I didn't even destroy you! I didn't even take anything from you, B*TCH!!" That's when I realized my suspension was actually correct. He was out to destroy me, Mentally, Emotionally, Physically, & Financially! EVIL SHIT!!

Im a Machiavellian. My clinically diagnosed malignant narcissistic ex was so obsessed with trying to hurt me because I would never react the way she thought I would or I just wouldn't emote to the abuse. She went as far as to try and kill herself in front of me to try to stop me from going on vacation, but I ended up taking her to the ER and then left for Florida. This lead to the discard lol

Scary, nothing worse than a person who's happiness is dependent another person's life being sabotaged. Even if you keep your distance there's often 3rd parties "flying monkeys" that keep the madness going. We only have one life so don't let anyone rob you of making the most of it, no matter what they say or do. My husband hated me towards the end of his life ( he died last yr. from cancer st 62. ) I had stopped taking the bait from him for the last 5 yrs.of our marriage because I had to save myself. I took care of him when he fell ill with cancer, instead of receiving any gratitude, his hatred of me grew and grew until the last few weeks of his life. When looking back I think he felt like he had REALLY FAILED because he was dying and I would go on living without having to endure his mental and emotional abuse anymore. I think he believed he had LOST at the ULTIMATE game. He was THAT delusional..it is sad, really sad..What a way to live..If you are in a relationship with a narc, please make a plan and just go. Save yourself. Don't waste your life on someone who doesn't genuinely love you anyway. They are broken people, you can't fix them, but they may RUIN, i mean RUIN...YOUR LIFE. For almost 25 yrs.I went to counseling only to realize that my issues were always me trying to figure out my husbands behavior. The counselors in those days were not well versed about dealing with narc.abuse like they are now. He was the missing piece. But he wasn't going to counseling, that would mean something was wrong with him.

I saw mine after near 10 yrs. She was standing behind me. I turned round, looked at her. Turned back n walked away. I ended up with all her friends. She asks ex girl friends of mine how I'm doing. They say I'm doing really good. It must really get to her how much i gained and she lost.

I let him hoover me just so I could discard him 3 days later to give him a taste of his own medicine. He said he hates me and I just made an enemy. No contact for a year and a half.

My ex posted a photo of him kissing his coworker a week after I broke things off on social media. People didn’t even know we broke up and he gave public posts about me and the circumstances. Ended up proposing to that girl six months later, they’re married but they’ve taken down all their social media. At first I was angry at her. Now I just feel sorry for her. He will get bored and always be cheating.

I don’t understand how these “people” aren’t stopped. All the people they have turned against you, so much they steal from you, it’s so crazy, & they push that knife even further in your back. Letting go doesn't mean giving up... it means moving on. It is one of the hardest things a person can do. Starting at birth, we grasp on to anything we can get our hands on, and hold on as if we will cease to exist when we let go. We feel that letting go is giving up, quitting, and that as we all know is cowardly. But as we grow older we are forced to change our way of thinking. We are forced to realize that letting go means accepting things that cannot be. It means maturing and moving on, no matter how hard you have to fight yourself to do so. !!!!

I was in a 2-years-narctassic relationship it was off and on. I left 11 months ago I went no contact I blocked him on social media at that time I was living with my daughter trying to get myself together so now I got me a nice apartment I live nowhere near him he tried calling so many times love bombing I didn't fell into it I never reached back to him he did so many tricks I know sometimes some numbers come get my phone and I hear sounds on the back of the phone and I know it's him but I don't pick up the other day something came through my phone Google group where several numbers show up so I got this app on my phone to let me know who's calling so surprisingly one was his brother trying to figure out why it's calling me I never called him I never pick up the phone I looked at it and let it ring I wind up blocking it blocking a phone number deleting it they play all sort of games but as far as the smear campaign I haven't gotten that at 11 months he tried to get to my brother about saying he called me I never pick up I told my brother something about him but it narctassic are evil crazy immature people. I think it surprised him when I left it's no kids involved we never live together I just had enough of his b******* I haven't seen him in 11 months and I'm not looking for him it's peaceful I'm happy I ain't got to worry about him knocking on my door and if I was to have any problems with him first thing I would do is call the police on them and I don't think he wants that but the worst thing about being with people like him is when you have children and you stay around for so many years that's when it gets worse I think it's best to leave as soon as you can but as far as the smear campaign it's against the law to slander your name I would have took him to court a long time ago stop all that nonsense it's nothing but jealousy they want to see you hurt they want to see your dead they want to see you fail they want to step over top of you.narctassic people are not as strong as everybody might think they are they are scary people they scared to death they scared the truth going to come out they have to keep up that image you get them behind closed doors they break. I have coworkers like this. Every single day use to be a fight to remain professional. The one that glommed on to me, was my Banker that knew all of the assets I had, and had Inherited, and then I simply could NOT get rid of that woman. Yes, I became her 24 / 7 / 365 obsession, with added hatred. She has been fired from several different banks, after only being at each one, for barely a month, which is a bad sign in my book.
