I do it on the floor, best hold was only about 6-8 seconds (I counted 10 but was probably counting too quick)

Thanks for sharing this trick and I learned a lot from this video. I first heard about this in Doctor Yaad's video. Your video gives a few additional actionable protocols for training the wrist and forearm to optimally adapt to the planche. Really valuable.

Hey guys, gripping the bars in a wrong way and abusing of inclintion /angulation of the planche lead me to hurt my wrists permanently, now i can olny train neutral grip parallete straddle without feelling horrendous pain, or normal supinated grip planches.

I used the broken grip since from tuck and now i can do full planche and whenever i do full planche it hurts my thumb is that the reason why my thumb hurts?

I was using the broken grip (probably because I used to play tennis when I was younger so it felt comfortable/natural) and ended up with wrist injuries and slowed down my Planche progress. In some of your videos you explain the intensity and volume guys, I think I am an intensity guy, but what should I do, should I just do 3 sets of attampts everyday or in three days a week 10 sets of attempts or something

It all depends on your level and what you’re capable of. The more you can do without over training and making sure you can recover for the next session, the better
