Please please please consider making a whole video series with your mom. I’m in my 50s and will never be an elite athlete, but I very much aspire to be like your mom. So many of us ordinary people need help achieving this kind of lifestyle. You’re doing very important work here, thank you so much.

@@TheKneesovertoesguy is it possible to scale this down further for those with even less mobility? my father is nearing his 80's and suffered a stroke 4 years ago. he is probably the stiffest person on the planet i don't think we could get his leg up high enough to start these.

Absolutely! And BEST results come from doing my entire system at: www.atgonlinecoaching.com The system is very precise. Knee Ability Zero uses 10 specific movements to prep for Dense Strength, which uses 20 specific movements to prep for Standards, which uses 20 different specific movements, all progressed from Dense! It’s AMAZING how much one person can transform, but HIGHLY unlikely without following the correct path WITH form coaching along the way. By actual survey, males ALTER the form 90% of the time to a degree which would prevent the end goals of the route from being achieved. (Females are quite a bit better at form.) Each exercise has a context within the entire system. Every move has a purpose and when mastered with perfect form, allows even MORE gains on the next step, than a regular human could make who didn’t master the previous step first. There’s a lot of data on the internet but I have not seen a system this precise and we still stand alone as the most dedicated team to actually watching and coaching your form after each session. Mama knees over toes guy is so inspirational. I’m 52 and now that I’ve been watching your videos and applying the exercises. I have seen great results. I can bend my knees and kneel down with no problem. I can do all sorts of contortions I hadn’t been to do for decades. It was great seeing mama run at the end💪🏾

Man hearing stories like this as a 20 year old makes me weirdly optimistic. Idk if it's just me or it's the long time quarantine speaking but sometimes it feels like the young days are numbered, and rn I am wasting them doing nothing. This actually gives me motivation to work out in my room and not be a bum. Great job mama Keensovertoes!

I am so glad to hear this inspired you! Don't like that inspiration die off... you DO have more potential than you may think! I NEVER thought I'd have gotten to where I am today with my list of injuries.... Partial L Kneecap Replacement L Meniscus Transplant L Quad Tendon Repair The right side then actually had 3 different tears - no operation - and took me much, much longer to figure out. Even once I had a VMO on my left side there was no definition on the right side whatsoever. This unique situation of each knee being so internally different, combined with 10 years of chronic pain, is ultimately what drove me to have to figure out such a detailed system. Rico, you are right about the young days being numbered. I can't say I always spent mine well, but the times when I was striving for a goal were the best. Sometimes you start out in a direction, and maybe even if it is not exactly right it leads to something that is right. Also, you can improve your life by making little changes, one at a time, dropping bad habits, or creating good ones. ❤️

Who the hell would give this a thumbs down? Probably kids playing around. This is a pretty powerful testamony. I am 61, very active and my whole life have been at my ideal weight, except I have put on about 5 lbs in the last year. I overworked my knees recently gardening and could bearly walk for a few days. My daughter introduced me to this system. After my knees heal, I'm pretty exited to start doing this program. I've started some of the easy stuff just to test the waters.

She is THE best! Can not begin to explain how much you have helped me over the last month. I had back surgery in July and had some complications in early recovery that lead to more pain meds and no solutions other than to wait and see. I have slowly begun the physical journey, but you have saved me mentally. I at least have some guidance and a glimmer of hope that has sparked motivation that has been long absent. The best part is being able to share this with family and friends that have lost hope and have accepted being "old". Who knows if man could ever truly be "kind" again but helping everyone be in less pain is a hell of way to try. Thank you Ben and best of luck to you and your family.

I’ve already been diagnosed with knee arthritis in my right knee, I’m sure stemming from years of poor mobility in my right hip and ankle. Your mom’s story is really inspiring to me. I can attest to this program. I've had really bad hip/knee pain and muscle imbalances. I've been doing the Zero program for about 4 weeks and I'm starting to feel like I'm getting my life back. I truly believe the ATG system work, literally within one workout my sprained ankle mobility is coming back (nearly back to normal). ATG was the missing element whilst I was doing banded mobilization and bit of static stretching. Also, no disrespect but if a senior in there 60's, can bulltetproof there lower body, almost anyone can do it.

And I truly believe my entire system is the best route to get there! www.atgonlinecoaching.com The system is very precise. Knee Ability Zero uses 10 specific movements to prep for Dense Strength, which uses 20 specific movements to prep for Standards, which uses 20 different specific movements, all progressed from Dense! It’s AMAZING how much one person can transform, but HIGHLY unlikely without following the correct path WITH form coaching along the way. By actual survey, males ALTER the form 90% of the time to a degree which would prevent the end goals of the route from being achieved. (Females are quite a bit better at form.) Each exercise has a context within the entire system. Every move has a purpose and when mastered with perfect form, allows even MORE gains on the next step, than a regular human could make who didn’t master the previous step first. There’s a lot of data on the internet but I have not seen a system this precise and we still stand alone as the most dedicated team to actually watching and coaching your form after each session. O just love this so much!!! I am 59 and I am experiencing both hips pain when I wake up, literally feeling like tin man. I am very active, not overweight and always moving, but age and menopause do play a role in joint pain and stiffness. I am going to definitely look into the program.

Update) hey Ben, thanks for this video, my mom has had knee issues for a while now and it made me really sad and feel helpless that she wasn’t willing to try exercise or rolling and stretching often she blamed age and thanks to showing this video of your mom and her age and what she couldn’t do and what she can do now, I was able to get through to my mom to try out the zero program, I’ll do it with her and hopefully it can be a consistent thing and get her pain free. I’m 69 year old female. Have been a cardio exercise freak for years. Had to switch from marathons and running to cycling/spinning because of bad knee . I was extremely bowlegged and finally had total knee replacement this past January. I’m also doing shoulder PT (long story). I continue to work on my knee bend and extension. I can only do 110-120 degrees when I bend knee to butt. I am hoping this program could work for me. I am determined to stay young and fit. I currently teach spin classes and can out spin people more than half my age. Lol Your mom is inspiring. Perhaps I will work it on my own and sign up for one month of your program in the next year or so. I can now walk but not very fast. Lol

I just moved into Dense this week and love the transformation I’m seeing with less and less knee pain, less waking up with tight back and just feeling great. I love Ben’s videos and the program. I’m going to be 60 this year and want to stay active for many years to come. 100 plus or bust

This is awesome!!!! Sooo inspiration❤ Started split squat just 3days. My 16 year old boy introduced me this ATG and wow eye opening as I have left knee ACL partial tone year ago and tried hard to get back my mobility range after inflamation gone without surgery. Progress is there but with this ATG I am sooo excited to see future me with pain free and full mobility knee. Thank you so much this inspirational great video Ben ❤❤❤

I’m 66 yrs old and have led a reasonably athletic life with some sedentary periods. The past several years I’ve combined working out on a rowing machine and doing tabata exercises. This year I started doing burpees almost every day along with Asian squats and Hindu squats. Although I’m pretty sure I could catch your mom I still purchased the Zero and ATG books to explore with some these exercises. I see so many elderly people that have limited mobility. I want to not only maintain but improve my flexibility and mobility.

This is definitely something you can do Joe! We build strength through length so flexibility and mobility are both addressed simultaneously with strength! However, we find best results are in conjunction with the online coaching we provide! Most people will fail due to… 1. Lack of form coaching 2. Missing key ingredients (ie. not following the whole program). The most important thing here is getting form-coached by our form-coaches! By actual survey, males ALTER the form 90% of the time to a degree which would prevent the end goals of the route from being achieved. (Females are quite a bit better at form, but not to a degree where form-coaching is not pivotal!). Our team of coaches at atgonlinecoaching.com would love to help out! @@TheKneesovertoesguy would this program if improve my leg strength and power. Rowing power and efficiency is roughly 70% legs, 20% core and 10% arms. I would like to rank at or near top for my age group in most C2 rowing categories.

NICE!!! What a testimony from your mom. I wish mine could say this, however, she passed 2 yrs. ago. More women especially need to know & understand the importance & benefits of regular exercise & stretching...

Watching her run brought tears to my eyes. So many elderly people are being left to rot in care homes and cut open by doctors to replace body parts that then cause infections and death. If only this video could be shown to every one in a care home we could drastically improve mobility and mood!

OMG! I am so inspired by your gains Momma KOT! I am 55 years old, I have raised 5 fit and fabulous sons, and have 2 grandchildren. My own mother has had both knees replaced. I use to train people on Nautilus machines and teach aerobics in the mid-80's, so fitness has always been important to me, but after COVID hit and I stopped going to the gym. I stopped all of my latin dancing too, and my body has been very weak and unhappy. Combine that with low thyroid and weight gain, and finding inspiration has been rough. I bought the book, and I will follow along and see if I can't get to your level of vitality one day soon! You are one cool chick! I can see how proud your son is to have you in his corner!!! So awesome!!!

I am 83 working through my spinal stenosis pain. Weight train 3 times a week at the gym, do mobility exercises almost daily, started skipping rope . Have to work on my knees and ankles to skip rope and avoid pain. A few years ago I hardly could turn in bed because of pain. Now I fell less pain and hope to improve and be able to ballroom dance again. Tomorrow it will be better.
