Take 15 minutes out of your busy day to relax and let go of any negative or difficult emotions you have been holding on to. As your body unwinds, any emotional strain that you have been carrying begs to be released.
Your feelings that you choose not to experience don't just disappear, but they are held in your physical being and can be manifested as unpleasant bodily symptoms. By releasing our suppressed emotions, we can alleviate the suffering within us.
Enjoy this 15-minute meditation to do just that.

I cant even cry , had to search up “ how to cry” , all this pent up hurt , sadness and frustration is making me want to burst out in tears but i just simply cant it just comes back in thoughts to the degree that i hit myself in the head trying to stop it , always been told that crying and feeling vulnerable was not okay , and i was scolded for showing emotion , so i just concealed it , this is the first time ive ever said this outloud , for people to read this and know something this personal about me , it makes me feel things i dont know what they are.

As a child, I learned that some emotions were not safe to express or else I was rebuked. Decades later, I am learning to feel again. I will take time to do this meditation a few times daily. I believe my body released extra toxins during my overnight sleep after the first day of using this video. I will learn to love more effectively from this. Much gratitude.

Just as really focusing on your body while feeling it all, and letting it flow and ebb through and out of you. I am literally terrified this worked. I am just a teen with a severe case of anxiety and wanted to find a way to release all that stress out of my system and stumbled upon this video and was like "yeah as if it would've worked" and then I started to feel all those tingles and stuff and at a part I got scared, but it really felt so good at the end. so thank you

I did this meditation and my father’s death came up. My father died when I was 8 years old. I thought I processed that and had gotten over it. But apparently I haven’t. Here I am 31 tomorrow and balling my eyes out remembering leaving the Funeral home and feeling like I’m leaving my dad behind. Thank you for this meditation I was not aware that was what was bothering me.

When my when my dad passed away idea was hard for me to cry it took me four years to cry until my aunt and uncle had a video and it made me cry I think I remember every single day my days are getting better how do you say you're going through all this I am 32 now thanks for showing your story

Since relinquish8ng substance abuse and man6 of my bad habits, I spend the majority of the day in anxiety and anger. Years of denying myself the ability to feel has wrought havoc, and now I’m miserable and tense. My face is always clenched and angry. Except for the few minutes toward the end of meditation and a few after. I feel like a person, I feel non judgmental and not angry at the world. I see people as beautiful, complex souls instead of being fearful they may judge or betray me. I KNOW if I stick with this mindset I can heal. The world is beautiful. We are all good enough how we are and deserve peace and love.

I hope you continue feeling better. I have been in a similar situation, if you like, you can look into Emotional Freedom Teqnique (EFT) that helped me a lot as well as a daily meditation routine and journaling at night. All the best on your journey.

Usually meditations drag on and feel like they last forever even if they are just 5-10 minutes (I get antsy and want to open my eyes), but this one flew by and felt like it lasted one minute, I couldn’t believe it was over when it was. I felt tears rolling down my face in the middle. This really helped immensely and I feel emotionally lighter

You have awesome skills & your voice is naturally calming; to me. Meditation takes time, patience, practice. If you are reading this, know this & keep on with your practice. Give yourself Grace, we all need a little more of that. ❤️ In the past two years I have learned that I have deep suppressed emotions from the past 24 years. Goodness gracious! I did not even know suppressed emotions existed until I started doing very hard work on myself so I can live & be my best self, day by day, moment by moment. This is nice for relaxing but honestly didn’t make me cry like I wanted to, to release those emotions. It felt like I was being eased into relaxing so long and then the part about actually releasing was short. I wish it went in more detail for that but maybe I just need a longer vid, wanted a short one for my break from work. Nice way to calm down, though

I thought the same so I paused because I had a lot to let out. Around the part when she's about to mention blue pooling at your feet, I paused for about 8min and delved into my emotions and really bawled (as I am going through a hard time). I definitely needed that pause. The normal video length may be good for if you just wanna release a small stress that happened in your day

Around 9.5 min, I went back to 8:13 because I needed much longer to fully experience my emotions. Once I felt I had let it all out (cried it all out) I pressed play again and completed. Very useful this way.

Im 22 and I've been dealing with a lot of trauma this past month over the death of my mother and grandfather after I came home from college as a graduate. I didn't realize until yesterday with my therapist that I've been suppressing a lot of those emotions (stress, anxiety, fear, etc) instead of dealing and coping with them head on and has been the source of a lot of my chronic pain I've been feeling for a little over a month now. I decided to do this meditation and afterwards I started to cry really hard. There were a little bit of tears coming out and mostly dry gasping/heaving but this video was helpful. Afterwards, I started to feel more of my muscle aches and tensions dissolve away and feel more emotionally like myself again. I'm slowly but surely heading to recovery and I cant wait to feel like myself again and enjoy life. Not be afraid and avoiding it.

It then made me feel embarrassed. I am stressed by continuous trying and not achieving what I want. Life feel so hard and heavy. Nothing feels good. No one feels good. As a child I went through so much Trauma all by myself with nobody’s help not even my parents they always told me you are a cry baby, you are weak for feeling your emotions and that I have a heart of rock. Im currently in very healthy relationships and find it super hard to share my emotions with my partner I can’t tell him how much I love him, he been so patient with me but I truly want to change it I want to start feeling my emotions and express it with no fear. I usually don’t ever comment but reading everyones story gave me the strength to share mine.

Very well done! One can only imagine what a world we will live in when all beings are able to successfully cleanse their energy of unused trapped emotions. Use every emotion to better yourself, even the emotion that you didn't want to feel. Of course, be safe and kind to yourself and others as well.

Wow! While I was doing this meditation, I could see the dark blue and purple swirling around as my eyes were closed. I could feel it leaving my body and at the end of the meditation I could see yellow swirling around. Never experienced that before

I had horrible bodily sypmtoms, because I suppressed so many emotions. Some restrictions came from parents, some from society and I also followed strict religious dogma. Enough is enough and now I am putting my rope down. It is so great to realize that God is love and that He is the same for all people on Earth. This is so liberating. To all people who suffer from suppresseed emotions regardless of their cause, I wish you fast and complete recovery🙏❤

ive always had the problem that meditations were too long for me, even with 15 minutes. but these 15 mins with this meditation here pass by so quickly, even though ive done it several times already :] i also came to a conclusion (thanks to the comments) that bcs of this i was having weird dreams lately but not for a bad reason but because i was probably releasing emotions (as im usually watching this before bed) and was working with them! tysm for this gift

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I was in a moment of despair and panic, having no idea what was wrong, or what to do to escape the physical, mental, and emotional unease that seemed to come out of nowhere, randomly on this day. This meditation helped me release so much I was carrying within. I will come back to it often. Sending gratitude, love, and light to you. ❤️🙏🏽

I advise who want emotional releasing on any trauma to get back to it .. embody ur consciousness at that age and begin to write what do i feel and why? And fill pages of A4s write and cry what did u really feel? Write down for 9 or 6 or 3 days straight. And enjoy the results ur world will shift once you release it.

Shushma Amarnath 💗💗 if you release lower emotions you get to go higher up the emotional level of consciousness ladder my dear 💗💗 why should you do it? Because you have to cleanse your subconscious mind to reprogram it to help you achieve your goals 💗💗 for example you can't be rich (on your own) while lingering in self blame and shame. Never. 💗💗 and those negative events and traumas happened and still happening in your mind in the background and by writing them & fully feeling them you NOW have the power , you NOW are free to choose something else, something positive. 💗💗

Whew Chile when you suggested inviting the dark energy through my body I heard myself say l don’t want to ! I wanted to be rid of the toxic emotion without feeling it 😩

And when u said that u r floating, I felt a heavy thud in the heart and suddenly I felt so happy, yellow and floating. So calm and happy. What a beautiful experience

Before recommending a coping skill to my clients, I test it out. I came here to see if there were any suppressed emotions and I searched and relaxed all my muscles and nothing. I did awake relaxed as expected so all isn't lost. Thanks for sharing your talent with us.

This made me cry twice. The moment when i relaxed muscles in my neck and shoulders and when all the blue energy left my body i cried a lot. Been feeling quite depressed for a while, buried a lot of deep emotions.

Whoa, after the blue energy was gone, I felt bright yellow energy around me, and then she said now you are surrounded by YELLOW! And I was like wow. 😳💛

think i may have to listen to this everyday for the next month or so, although i cried, it was miniscule to the hurt, betrayal & complete misconcept of understanding of me. its left me completely depleted & weak. wishing you all the progress in letting go & in healing

it’s terrifying to think about how much underlying emotion i have under all this numbness. my mother died and two days later i was dancing around in the bathroom to music. how disconnected i am from my own reality and how anger is the only thing that manifests. the small moments reality actually comes over me is so visceral and fear inducing that i completely shut down. it’s terrifying that i remember the pain i felt during certain moments of my life and i remember how unbearable it was, but when i think about those moments in the present, i feel nothing. how can something so personal that runs so deep feel so foreign to me. and it’s one thing to recognise this repressed numbness, it’s another when those unconscious emotions show up in behaviours, having those feelings i don’t really understand come at me sideways when i least expect it. it’s like i always have something to hide from everyone, because i know i’m hiding something from myself. however, i can’t even fathom what it is or where to start unpacking it. a therapist once spoke about being a glass frog, constantly feeling like everyone can see right through you, all that you hide and repress and all that is bad, it makes you bad, a bad person. all i feel is either numbness, anger, or intense shame. any other feeling that hurts is not something i can define. and i don’t like this anger and the shame it makes me feel.

I could LITERALLY PHYSICALLY feel the bad energy going up my body and after you said that I'd float or something like that I lifted my arms and it literally felt so easy like they were floating omg this was amazing

This meditation is highly underrated. It’s not deserving the publicity as it should. This is a very magnificent practice for anger and very flourishing afterwards. I have no idea how my mind shifted from being furious, very very very distracted and filled with anger to the max, to smiling through the practice! I smiled! And my body felt way way lighter than before. I couldn’t thank you enough. I know how to handle all my feelings, except anger! I really don’t know how to act or how to limit its effect. Again, thank you so much.

This is incredible I have been going through some bad times recently mentally and I’ve been slowly very slowly getting “better” I still have my moments where I want to just stop give up and go lay in bed I have been looking all around KZfaq for good mediation videos and I never thought it was super real or helpful until now I will come back to this video as much as I can and need to and I will definitely tell people about it that are struggling grounding themselves! I started crying during this meditation. I felt the pain and uneasy in my stomach start to move, i felt the energy which just passed through my stomach. I feel grounded and connected to my stomach now! THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM MY WHOLE HEART! Be blessed! 😊❤❤❤❤❤

Wow, thank you! When it came to the part about releasing the blue from my head, it seemed to just leave my whole body like mist and not just from my head. I started crying. I think I needed this. It was a bit intense. I'm going to do this again later

Wow! I did not expect this to take me straight back to the night that changed everything. I was 12. I was so surprised to find myself back there, and just as the energy released, I just felt a shift. This is where energy healing like yoga, somatics and and q i gong work so well with guided meditations ...and so much more efficient than talking about it. Whee...
