We were only here for a couple of hours so you know we had to hit some street workout flows on these legendary pull up bars. After hitting some 360s, 540s, shrimp flips, and geingers at Chris Heria's place we had to do our static hold routines including victorian, full planche, planche presses, I-Sits, one-arm handstands, and more!
