M N. Yes I am Finnish and I use grocery stores' plastic bags made out of recycled materials as my trashbags for non- bio, non- metal, non-glass trash. I don't know what some African nation might have done for their plastic problems but am glad if some of them have indeed banned plastic bags. How was I shitting on people? Now the migrations from North African and Middle eastern countries has led to the decline of the European influence as the world is getting more rigid due to multiculturalism imported from the Islamic world as they don't live by the existing European cultural.

"Sippy cup lids" are recyclable, unlike straws. The issue is about straws being unrecyclable, because their shape prevents easy washing away of organic substances (i.e. 1st step in recycling)
