I agree with Richard and Rafe that the “lawyers” who are helping the process of illegal entry into Britain should be dealt with. They are criminals and should be treated as such.

If a tent is good enough in France, why the hell do we need to supply hotel rooms? We are being taken for mugs.

If we can put young, male illegal immigrants in hotel rooms, then we can certainly put our own homeless and veterans in decent hotels!

We need to stop the boats in the channel and, return them from where they came.

The migrants cases should not be funded by taxpayers. If the migrants can afford to pay smugglers thousands of dollars, they should pay their own lawyers.

We should link the boats to fishing licences. For every boat that is landed one licence is removed from the EU. That would spur the French to stop them .

There are £3.5 billion reasons why the mess we find ourselves in with illegal immigration and where to house them will not be going away anytime soon. I mean whats the end game exactly. What grounds would any of these migrants have for suing the govt for making them stay in tents? They seemed happy to do that while they were waiting to catch a dinghy over from France, and the we didn't see anyone suing the French govt.

French Hotel chain Accor group own lots of hotels in the UK. (Ibis, Novotel, Mercure, Pullman) They are doing very nicely out of Home Office contracts.

i don't see how any of this is easier or cheaper than putting them on a ferry back to France. Also, notice how much more attractive a destination we have become since we left the EU.

Erect the tents on some of those isolated islands off the Scottish mainland and tow that barge from portland and Dock it on the Thames outside Parliament to increase diversity there

Whilst listening 'm watching the video showing sea conditions which proves those being lifted out of the small boat are not in need of rescuing, the RNLI are doing the same thing, if the RNLI vessels can land these illegals on the beach then conditions would be suitable to move the small boats back into French waters for a French pickup, this proves once again that both BF and RNLI are proving taxi services. We know the boats leave from France so thats where they should be returned to, you can't use an illegals origin to say where they cant be returned to. If the Border Force did their job and stopped the boats ,this in turn would solve the well established ''Gravy Train'' people making their fortune, transportation, hotels, dodgy lawyers etc

The Lawyers should definitely be charged and finally jailed. The RNLI workers should also be charged with aiding and abetting. The illegal immigrants should all be returned to France, if they cannot provide a Passport or any ID. NO MORE FREE RIDES FOR ANYONE. Not even free tents. The government is also complicit, for paying for accommodation, free meals, free travel, and free lawyers to sue the government.

t's even happening in Plymouth Devon. Surely the law can send them back, They broke two laws, first they entered the country illegally as illegal immigrants, Second they're working at a car wash, Why can't they be prosecuted and deported, I thought the government passed a law, To deal with this problem, If you were to come into the country illegally on an aeroplane, Customs would make sure you're on the next flight back, When the lifeboat bringed these men in from where the French have escorted their dinghies Halfway across the channel And then leave them for our lifeboats to pick them up, And escort them back to Britain, They should have Custom men waiting for a lifeboat to come in, Ask to cheque there documents, Passport etc. Which they've conveniently thrown overboard Then send them back, Because they have no visas or paperwork, The same as they would do at an airport coming in illegally. Problem solved simple.

The illegal immigrants landing by boats is miniscule compared to the 1.2 million legal immigrants that have come to Britain these last twelve months Mass Immigration will never end. The aim is to make every part of Britain truly multicultural.

You seem to forget they put these things into an Army camp, (where our soldiers had recently served without complaint) where they complained about conditions and were removed to hotels. What makes you think they are going to put up with tents?

We need some figures. How many immigrants are being processed every day? How many are entering the country every day? If the latter outstrips the former, then something needs to be done to stop them hitting landfall. Unsustainable.

I’ve heard elsewhere that 3/4 are allowed to remain here which translates as there is no chance of doing a proper process on these people so they are just given the stamp to remain. Where they go, what they do for work, where do they live etc. remains to be seen. How long before they demand that the family comes over and each person brings a dozen others here as well. I just can’t see any positive side to it at all.

The man who was recently freed from Prison may have to pay for his stay in there and food despite being innocent. Then why are we not doing the same with the migrants, a bill to be paid back at a later stage or returned back

I know a guy who was put in a detention centre instead of the B and B he expected about 15 years ago. He was from Afghanistan or Iraq . He asked to be sent home as he didn’t get a B and B.
