If you look on far right or far left of the louvres that sit just above the kick plate, you should see a tab in between those louvres. You’ll need a thin screwdriver 🪛 to push the tabs on both sides in so that the louvre/kick-plate assembly can pulled off. You’ll be pushing those tabs towards the center of the fridge (not towards the cabinetry). Once you’ve disengaged the tabs you should be able to pull the entire assembly towards you (not up or down). I’m not 100% certain but maybe 94% certain. I believe at one point they may have used screws instead of tabs. So if you don’t see the tabs and instead see screws, you’ll probably need to locate a T20 Torx screw driver. 😬

Theoretically no. Typically the build quality is significantly nicer on a built-in. That being said, the built-in will tend to have a much longer life and therefore it may require more service towards the end of its life. Because of the expense, it generally makes sense to service the fridge because in most instances you’ll get a lot more mileage out of it. The built-ins tend to be easier to service as well, so labor charges should be a little lower.

This...is the T36BT910NS. They’ve already started to transition into the new 905/915 versions with a stainless lined interior though.

It’s all relative. It is pretty shallow but it’s also pretty tall and with the exception of evaporators, all the major components are stored outside of the body underneath the freezer compartment. That’s why most built in refrigerators have more usable space than freestanding refrigerators that will claim to have 30% more cubic capacity.

Same observation .. i think it is small .. most people buy this kind of refrigerators because they have family members.. i think it's pretty small and would not be practical
