Eid cakes, authentic Yemeni cakes with the smallest details, using standard cups, will be perfect for you the first time.

The Ingredients :
A kilo of all-purpose flour, equivalent to approximately 6 cups
1 cup ghee
1 cup butter
A quarter cup of vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup liquid milk, as needed
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp instant yeast
For decoration (egg yolk, black sesame seeds)
The method:
Heat the oil, ghee and butter until it reaches the boiling point, then pour the ghee mixture while it is very hot on the flour and stir with a wooden spoon, then by hand we rub the flour and ghee until all the flour grains are coated with the ghee mixture
Then add eggs, yeast, salt, sugar and gradually add milk until we get the right dough consistency

(The method of kneading is just stirring and gathering the ingredients only
And if we notice that the ghee mixture is too much, we can add a cup or half a cup of flour and equalize the amount)
We leave the dough to ferment for half an hour, and then we shape it
Garnish with egg yolk, sesame and black seed
And we put it in the oven, pre-heated to a medium temperature, and the fire is turned on from below only, and we leave it until it turns red
