hey I know this is a very old comment but did you end up getting one? I ask because I'm using a pk3 as my PC speaker but whenever I have it plugged in via 3.5mm and it's also charging at the same time I hear the charging current bleed on through to the 3.5mm jack resulting in this horrible sound that makes the speaker basically unusable via 3.5mm while charging. If you got the pk5 or pk7 do those suffer the same fate or?

I just tryed them out at a BestBuy. Audio is crisp, but not that loud though! I mean it’s good for one room, even a big room. I think the audio would get lost if used in the open.

maybe this should be noted... the claer vocal button is basicly what the meridian tech is all about. most of it is just software. if you deactivate clear vocals and enchanced bass you get the advertised battery life.. if you put both on.. your battery life will also take a notch down.. from 12 hours to 8 hours on the pk3 etc... one thing great to note is that the integreated amp is not bad when using it in aux mode. Sony XB series speakers make a anoying hissing at max volume.. here it's less noticable.

The duration of the battery is fake, I own a PK5 and his battery at best last around 8-10 hrs, although I been told that is a normal time for this speaker

I like the Sony XB lineup better. Designs look sleaker, sound is great, and they are all IPX7 waterproof.

I say at the end of the video, in the description, and the hashtag of the video. But mainly I'm just showing off the speakers because they are half price right now which is an awesome deal

@@Thetechchap I get that, but the viewer need to know it's an ad before they click on it. you even need to click 'show more' before the disclosure in the description appears. the 'ad' hashtag doesn't show up because KZfaq only shows the first three hashtags. plus the built in 'This video contains product placement' watermark doesn't show up either. I'm not saying it's a bad video or you're selling out or anything like that, I liked the video and i'm glad you've brought this great deal to everyone watching, but it just needs to be disclosed as transparently as possible.
