My Grandma introduced me to Elvis when I was a kid back in the 80’s. I remember just falling in love with his voice. I love all of his songs but Memories is one of my favorites.

I was under my car in Imperal Beach Calif, when I heard on the radio Elvis had died, I stopped crawled out from under the car, and cried . I was 19. R.I.P. Elvis .😌

It is amazing how diverse Elvis is, if you want to hear for yourself then try listening to these 10 songs in a row; 1) Baby, lets play house. 2) I believe 3) Merry christmas baby 4) Jailhouse rock 5) It's now or never 6) I washed My hands in muddy water 7) power of My love 8) I got a feeling in My body 9) Moody Blue 10) Bridge over troubled water I could expand this with 10 more , but this is good overview, with Balads, blues, Gospel, country, pop, funk and rock.

He loved to jam with anyone who wanted to and was always the last to leave. Singing was his greatest joy. He would stay up all night after his concerts singing gospel to unwind after his concerts. He welcomed all who wanted join in.

Those ladies sitting that close to Elvis were extremely lucky. Elvis made the studio that hot. I was only a few weeks shy of 6 when he died, so definitely not old enough to go see a concert.

When he sang this at Aloha, I cried. At that age it just hit different. And in Hawaii. His favorite place with his favorite people and he was happy for that moment in time. I loved it for him. It was his absolute pinnacle. It should t have been, but he outgrew the colonel and didn’t know what to do. Breaks my heart

Elvis Presleys designer designed everything he wore. I’m sure that outfit he’s wearing is real leather so yes it’s going to be heavy and it’s going to make you sweat. And all the outfits he wore on stage with the beads and rhinestones weighted about 20 to 25 pounds. So he sweated a lot on stage because his outfits were very heavy.

Elvis Did More Singing Off Stage Than On, To The Point Of, Some His Back Up Singers Where Tired And Wanted To Rest, Elvis And His Singers Would. Be On Stage For About 2 Hours From What They Say, They Would Go Up To His Entire Floor, With Security Posted By The Elevators, Stairs, It Was Secured Nicely, And The Time Would Be After 2 am When They Started To Gatherl Around And They Would Sing Gospel Songs And What Not, Anything That Came Up It Would Go For 3 Or 4' Hours, But His Singers Keep Track Of The Time, Some Promised Their Counter Parts, Wives Or Hasbands That They Would Be With Their Family's, But They Stayed With Elvis, And This I Believed That Elvis's Voice Was Well Oiled, At All Times,I Mean Who Does That, He Vocalized Every Day? By the way, did you know that Elvis never took any singing lessons, he did sing in the churchchoir do... Mac Davies have written and also sang this song, he also wrote and sang In the Ghetto, Don't Cry Daddy and A Little Less Conversation... When Elvis was alive artists knew that if they wanted their song to be huge, they would convince Elvis to sing it, then it would be a huge hit. That the T.V lights were hot ...... Plus Elvis gave it all he had ...... Put these things together and you get lots of ...................... SWEAT ....... I was to quit a few Elvis concerts ..... Umm, imo - you really pooped over this incredible performance with your laughing & silliness. I mean first of all LOOK at him... Secondly, did you hear his incredible vocal performance? Ok ok, I know you did & I know you love him too... I was just disappointed in your reaction- as this has such incredible lyrics, paired with impeccable, tender & powerful vocals, by an absolutely stunningly gorgeous man...
