I feel like YoungLA is the modern day affliction 😅 like GymShark 2.0! i was at the Gym this morning, and a 19or 20yo kid in a gymshark sweatshirt about 130lbs came in did one set of curls with the 20’s about halfway range of motion then stared at his phone for about 6-8 minutes then proceeded to walk out the front door 😅

assuming they are natural, which i personally believe jizzy is but not shizzy; wouldnt this be considered overtraining? for example: say they hit chest again in 3 to 4 days wouldnt the chances be that they would still be sore due to the intensity, thus wouldnt lowering the intensity a bit allow them to target the muscle twice rather than once therfore being more appropriate for muscle growth?

I hope u meant the gym or monthly fee for coaching , and he said on a episode of truth podcast, i differs from people to people, but i think around 3 to 4 grand, and the gym is not open for normal people just elite member of evogen team.
