Today,Yvonne is a successful Fashion Designer and her brand Yvonne Afrostreet Kollection is known across the world. But, she also knows what it means to start from scratch , have your shop robbed when you are almost at your peak , to starting again and becoming more successful than the first time
She attributes her success to her late mother and she so much wishes she was still alive to see and experience of her success

Lynn am always love watching ur stories. U know what when I decided I want to buy a car I had 550k my husband would mock me ati whether I know how owning a car was expensive. I shopped fr a car fr 2 wks oh my God I was almost giving up.I then landed to maridadi oh my God he gave me a kcc Nissan advan at 550k he told me he was in need of 500k he has a vehicle he needed to clear oh my we met to desperate people n went home being very happy people. The rest is history n will forever pray fr maridadi thy made me own a car tho I sold it later after 1yr.

I modelled for Yvonne Afrostreet while she was beginning (2012) She paid me 5k after the event. Most money i had ever made on a single day at that time🤣🤣. I did not know she'll become this big in fashion. I am really happy for her.

Oh my God. So sorry for your loss Yvonne. I knew your mum. At one time we went to the same church ( Transformers Chapel) and she taught me how to tie my headgear in a stylish manner. She found me fumbling with it in the loo and she just offered to help. Bless her, such a pleasant woman. May she rest well. And for you Yvonne, keep soaring..your work is amazing ❤❤🎉 ❤
