I love their story of preservation, showing love even in difficult times etc. But the beginning i was troubled of how as they claimed to be Christian and could live together, have children, going to church, and the Pastor has to tell them they need to do the right thing. "Get married" that is not a good example of Christian living, God don't hear the prayer of sinners, unless you're asking forgiveness. How can you talk to a Heavenly Father when you're not living in his will, that's what the Bible says. The rest of their testimony is great..but the shacking up without marriage is not of God. Hope no one thinks that's ok. I know that people of the world does it, but no person who is a follower of Jesus should. Lynn, you does have very inspirational guests on the show.. God Bless you.❤

This couple really reminds me of my mum and dad's marriage. I lost my dad in 2019 and it was really tough for my mum and all of us. My mum was treated like a queen and she in turn treated my dad like a King. At their late sixties, they would behave like teenagers in love. My dad had such a pure heart and could befriend anyone at any age and showed them the love of Christ. It did not matter who you were, he had love for everyone. May God bless us with husbands with great loving hearts, husbands who love us like Christ loved His church. I pray that as women, we also know how to respect and submit to these men. Treat each other like Kings and Queens in the marriages.

My take home is that being married means being one. What effects your partner effects you and the other way arround. Being married for 14.5 years with the ups and downs resulting raising 2 beautiful boys, sticking to the plan isn t always easy. But always worth it.
