I have an advice for anybody struggling from insomnia, just know that sleep is a natural process where your body naturally winds down, even after you do these excercies, dont expect them to make you fall asleep, do these with no truly expectations. What happens when you expect or do it from a conscious effort to sleep perspective is, your brain goes into task mode and constantly checks if youre asleep or not.. this is counterproductive... I know its hard to accept and let go of the feeling of stress because of not being able to sleep, just know you cant force yourself into a natural process.. just hang on and all the best to you ❤️ you got this 💪

Mam my age is about 67 years and I have been suffering from Diabetes for the last 18 years. However I am doing some exercises regularly. But few years back I discontinued exercises for six month. After that I find that I am not able to do Vazarasan ànd knees are not fully bend while doing this Assan even now. So you are requested to advice me so that I can do Vazarassan which is my favorite assan. It is also to mention here that I can walk do all other day today work without any hurdle and I am doing Cycling also daily very comfortably.

Namaste, anytime asanas can be done. provided it is on an empty stomach or 2-3 hrs after food

Vajrasan is very difficult because my feet is painful when I lower my back and sit on the feet. Any advice to help to get used to it?

Go gradual. Starting to sitting in the posture even for 5 seconds is good beginning and gradually one will be able to.

Sukhasana if not vajrasana Keeping the legs up with support of wall if not vipritkarni - trying to keep legs diagonal there itself for the nice stretch that of perpendicular posture. Sukhasana to capacity if not bhadrasana laying Yashtikasana is easy Yoga is where one can reach - its effective there too. And gradually postures can be attained with practice
