Listening to her about detailed explanation of Ujjayi Pranayam makes you feel that ‘ Health is very much in your hands’ . We unnecessarily keep running in search of health outside and end up losing confidence. I have been following Pranayama, Kriya etc from many a Babas, Gurus etc thru' videos for many years. I have not come accross videos as informative as this one so far. We are lucky to have such a teacher to teach us Pranayama. From gross to the subtlest nuances step by step. Great!

So a few days ago I watched the part 1 video and followed along with the exercise. This is a really powerful tool. My experience then and every time that I have done it since confirms what she is saying. I feel so calm - it's almost narcotic like - but with super clarity and focus. Thank you very much. after breath exercise and relaxing my breath rate per minute is 2-3, so around 20-30seconds for one full breath (inhalation and exhalation). already looking forward to the video on bandhas

When doing this just the first video it reveals subtle pain that i feel on my right side. some in the neck but especially in my right shoulder. Ive felt it before while using "mouni sadhu's book on concentration " the first exercises. If you are willing i would like to know more especially how to heal trauma including from pastlives doing this. Thanks. Every time i do the exercises i learn something new and they reveal alot in me.also please describe more about the spiritual component. Thanks again.
