Hey, I've been playing this since league start, it's a ton of fun! One small QoL for me was Writhing Jar! Great for before bossing if I'm out of Sentinels and don't want to play the 1 in 4 russian roulette of death. Though, timing can be tricky! You can practice in your h/o. Even if you only hit one worm, it's way better than a zero sentinel start. (It's even easier with spell echo because you get a sense for when the second bolt is going to hit and you just toss the worms in to it!)

I league started this in 3.17 and it was downright amazing. Redmaps with 0 invest or any mandatory items or even a 6link.

On the rock-hard skittle talk. Sugar when you heat it up crystalizes. What probably happened was that skittle was exposed to some kind of intense heat, and the sugars tightened up and went into the hard candy end of the heat index. One of the reasons making candies/fudge at home is pretty hard you gotta be really, really precise.

I work with skittles, after they’re made they are absolutely solid little pebbles. They have to rest for a good while before they soften up.

around 37:00 Amusing, people are asking about how to get health. theres a lot of answers to that but, the most basic rule to remember is, there are basically 2 types of health. there is 100 health and there is 10% health. it works like damage does as in one is flat and one is a percentage. if health is 100 on your character 100 + 100 +200 100 +10% = 110 when your health is low flat rolls are better but... 1100 health would be a breakpoint 1100 + 100 = 1200 1100 + 10% = 1210 now percentage rolls will contain more health than the flat 100 so, to stack high health, you must obtain enough flat health that percentage rolls now grant more health than flat rolls and your health will build faster. there is more to it but, that is the most basic idea behind it. there has been numerous times I have heard Ziz say, "I hate math" there is no way he was going to explain that. lol

Noob question! Is Carrion Golem buff apply to spell type minions or just attack type only?

I am basing this only on the gem tool tip, but it should grant phys dmg to both caster and melee minions. I'm basing this on the fact it says just - damage - and not "physical damage to attacks" or "physical damage to spells". it is just flat added damage to either.

I'm running skelly mages and I started with absolution and it was soooooo damn smooth for early/mid game. I can't attest for end game viability but damn was the leveling smooth af. Red maps we're easy, one shots still happened occasionally but it's not any different for many other builds running red maps. Even was able to function with sub optimal gear.I whole heartedly agree about a great league starter.

i played that build at league starter and i must say i had zero problems. gearing is really easy . now i am in end game beat every new boss + maven and the feared invitation with a total invest of 5 ex. ofcause if you want min max it it will get alot more expensive but at my state of the game i would say i am "good tanky" i can ran t16 maps no problem ( some mods will cause trouble i avoid them) can do bosses . the build is very beginner friendly i can recommed it

I did not enjoy absolution so i pivoted to spark at white maps. HOWEVER, didnt know feeding frenzy was a thing and that was my issue, i felt like the minions didnt even do anything, with feeding frenzy absolution is so much more fun

Hi. I am a total noob at this game. Got a lucky Ashes of the stars drop from the invitational. My first good drop :) I wanted to know if any catalysts improve the explicits, or must i divine to get better rolls? Sorry for the noob question

9/9/22 let the whole thing play again while i was leveling Bladefall/BB/AW. Just because youre curious. You made it to maps almost, Im finishing act 7. Not too bad for me.

Hailrake isn't hard though, he never hits me in Gauntlet for example, where bosses often have faster cast speed, you just have to approach him differently to any other boss.

exept for new world there has been no problems with uncapped fps and in POE if you can run the frames it not hurting your hardware AMD and Nvidea have so much protections built in that it will not hurt itself and a 3090 will have no issues with poe at 300fps def not damaging that hardware....
