I'm a former 29 year Las Vegas resident and more so a hospitality industry professional. I was a desk clerk/night auditor who has seen the good, bad and the disgusting. For starters, your beds have no bedspreads on them. Every room in the hotel I worked had a bedspread on each bed. You are correct that those beds do not look like they were made up with any degree of effort. I've been to Arizona Charlies many times but have only been to their restaurants and casino. But for a room rate of $25.00 + resort fee + tax that is a very cheap room. Renting a room on the Boulder Highway is always a questionable plan.
@monterreymxisfun3627Ай бұрын
Expedia lists the total rate, including any fees. It prevents you from being taken by surprise.

When did they start doing that!? MGM includes "resort fees" in the total, but I don't think that Expedia does.

Otherwise it wasn't worth it. Also i would not consider you to be chubby, you also have some of the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen especially next to your skin tone 😍 side note, forensic files is my absolute favorite true crime show. Check out the episode called double trouble. The initial murder took place directly across the street from my childhood home when I was living there. I want to say i was about 8 years old and i remember my mom freaking out and locking all the windows saying there was a killer on the loose in our neighborhood. I would love to see you cover that case, he got caught because he made his second victim a state trooper and she survived.

@@dwstrat1377 Adam Smith who wrote Wealth of Nations which is basically the bible of the origins of capitalist free market theories acknowledges that there are abuses that the government should reign in. Governments are corrupt when they ignore things like this not address them. Transparency, if not given, should be forced upon them. Ideally these business should not be operating in this way. Nobody likes resort fees. In fact, if a room costs $50 with a $25 resort fee and another room costs $75 with no resort fee...you'll get less complaints but people will book the resort fee hotel because of all the sites and offers that appear lower than what they are. And if a hotel doesn't partake in this scam, they're at a disadvantage. The city is doing nothing.

Grass is discouraged in Las Vegas because of the water district regulations. If I remember correctly, grass can only be watered one day a week. Yes, the pool is closed, but most pools in the area are closed making the resort fees a joke. Few overnight accommodation offer amenities, but they love those resort fees. When your in the area again I recommend staying at the Longhorn on Boulder Highway. It is down Boulder just a half mile from Walmart. I found it clean and prices are reasonable. Last time I stayed there was no resort fee was imposed. Their restaurant and bar is a nice place to hang. Employees there know what customer service is about. Regards,
