Hey Vincent, could you please do a video on this. I went nc with my ex and after almost a year she tells me that she thinks about me and loves me but lives far away and can’t really come home for reasons. I love her still so much and want her back but long term relationships aren’t a good idea, especially trying to get back with your ex.

1)Leaving their orbit..in my cases it meant being in groups or servers where my ex was so i left them and also deleted and created a new account where i also keep in contact with my own close friends

Can I please ask Vincent can I break no contact to wish via WhatsApp my exs kids a happy birthday? Iv been in no contact since January she is a dismissive avoidant maybe a very bit of a narcissist as her mother is. Her kids are 11 & 14. So really would have to message her under the circumstances as I have there number but out of respect would send her a message meant for them. We have been together 2 and a half years and I have always got on with the kids. So please tell me should I message her to wish them well?

Why not send a bd card directly to the child with the birthday wishes for them? This leaves the ex out of the communication loop and is less self-serving than using the ex's WhatsApp to express bd wishes.

I think it’s sweet to send a birthday message and shows that you care
