Today I will show you guys the snack that helped me conquer my cravings helping me lose weight!
I think a huge thing with losing weight for fat loss or cutting is finding meals and snacks you can have that will satisfy you when you're feeling hungry or looking for something to eat while watching KZfaq or a show! This recipe is packed with protein and vitamins. It is also a huge amount of volume, which I'm sure will keep you happy and satisfied!
The ingredients I used for this recipe are frozen: Bananas, Strawberries, Raspberries, Greek Yogurt, Almond Milk, Zero Calories Syrup, Xanthan Gum, and Ice! The cool thing about this recipe is it allows you to be creative with your ingredients and use things you enjoy! If you don't like the fruits I used you can use the ones you do! If you like peanut butter and chocolate you can add pb2 and cocoa powder, SIMPLE!

I hurt myself playing basketball a few weeks before the start of this series. After an MRI I was finally diagnosed with a full tear in my ACL! I've grown to love physical activity, whether it be sports, weight training, walking my dog, or going for runs. This injury has been a huge setback for me and I wanted to do something productive with it instead of doing nothing! My surgery is booked for July 22nd! I want to make this injury as positive of an experience as possible. In doing so I want to try new productive things with my time off work and find fun things to do... this series being one of them!
These videos help my productivity with my everyday routine... Trying out new habits and seeing how they affect my day could be fun! We take things too seriously in life, it's important to enjoy the little things! I hope this channel can be one of the 'little things' in your life! If I make even one person's day a little better with my videos this series is a success!
