Just FYI. Take a third of whipped cream and mix with other ingredient. Then fold the rest of whip cream. It will mix better w/o deflating. Great dessert. Yum!

I always use a big spatula to scrape down bowls so nothing is wasted. Ingredients cost too much these days. Looks yummy

I used to make something similar only I topped with choc syrup swirled like you did in squares, chopped walnuts and marchino cherry halves in the squares. Yum

I put 2 TBSP white sugar in with butter and crimes, pack it down and bake for 8 minutes at 225 degrees. Makes a great crust.

Looks Delicious 😋. If you don't like bananas you could use other fruits like strawberries or peaches or fruit of uour choice. You have made the perfect base though. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

That's what I am thinking. I am going to use strawberries or blueberries because I am also allergic to bananas. My husband doesn't eat bananas. We are a no banana or coffee house. Now I need to get some cream cheese and whipping cream. I have the rest. Looks good. Maybe apples and caramel or butterscotch topping.

This looks delicious and simple too! I’m gonna try it but use strawberries and bananas and chocolate syrup since I don’t have any caramel sauce on hand. BTW I used to be allergic to avocados, they made my mouth itch bad, but I love love them and didn’t care and kept eating them anyway and eventually it stopped bothering me I made myself immune. If you’re not deathly allergic to bananas you might want to try that. 😅

Kudos for getting into the kitchen & giving it a go! I know if my hubby tried a.n.y.t.h.I.n.g. in the kitchen the productS would be everywhere along with him using every bowl/pan/utensil -everywhere & dirty. And he won’t do dishes. Ever.

Danny, have your thyroid checked!! It’s low iodine may be the reason for your allergies, according to the Hotze group (allergy doctors here in Katy Texas) Usually, you can just add seaweed to your diet in soups, salads, etc. That was incredible easy dish and can probably make with fresh peaches 🍑 or berries and other fruit!! Yum 😋 Take care of yourself ♥️

Can’t get over these horrible comments I thought he did a pretty good job. He’s not perfect at what he did and he didn’t scrape the bowl good and didn’t get all of the stuff out of the cream cheese and he really didn’t fold it over very well however, when he finished, it did look pretty good, so I thought he was doing pretty good myself and he made it for his wife which is even extra good and she blew on it as a joke. I can’t believe y’all can’t see that.!

So my only suggestion would be to have some form of runner or towel underneath because that sound every time you click the bowl or your glassware is very very annoying

Bless your heart for trying ❤...hang in there..the more you do the more natural things will come to you..just a tip: if you dip pre-sliced bananas in lemon juice it will help keep them from turning brownish in color.. have a blessed day!

This recipe is in The Joy of Cooking cookbook. No bake cheese cake. Bananas were added.

FYI, if you put the banana slices in a little lemon juice after slicing, they won't turn brown.
