Guys, one of the saddest parts of self improvement journey is the fact that when you’re in your teens it’s almost impossible to find someone in your area with the same goals( *edit: Hope our man Hamza will see the amount of teenagers here and maybe will post a lil more videos specifically for teenagers

I just did a self improvement coaching call on fiverr, 26 min voice call with one guy and I earned 10 euros, and the guy is so happy, because I didn't just provide random facts but how to actually implement systems. Quite the contrary, I'd keep my social media accounts and apps and recommend others to do the same. Because it's a porn substitute. And what's so good about a porn substitute, you might shriek? Well, by virtue of it not being porn. See here. One of the problems with porn is that it fucks up your brain. Why? Because there's no imagination involved. No thinking, no fantasizing. Just "oh look girl gettig fucked by a guy! AHHHHajdjsksks I'm gonna cooooom!" Porn, with our modern tech, does all this for yoh, all the thinking. You have no idea how much it makes you an unthinking ape. However, Tiktok solves this. They may dance provocatively. They may wear slutty clothing. But they aren't getting fucked on the screen. You aren't just a mindless observer, but an active watcher (when fapping to it). Because you actually need to use your brain, imagination to fantasize about these women. Hence, brain activity doesn't go to subnormal levels whenever you jerk off, allowing you to not damage your brain from watching porn. It's like the old porn magazines I suppose. The old playboy pictures? The old generation's still fine because they literally didn't have something so mind numbing as porn played by technology these days. Tiktok is just like that, but more imaginative. Why? Because not only do you have to imagine them fucking, you'll have to imagine them naked first. And that actually stimulates greater brain activity, which could arguably be beneficial. Sure you might say why not quit them all completely? Lmao stfu. It's not that easy, and don't you lie to yourself. I bet you've fapped in the last 24 hours to porn, with your tongue lolling mindlessly, and then regretted it afterwards. But then soon enough despite your screams of "reeee dopamine detox works!!!! You just need to have discipline!!!" Fucking ironic. So yeah to those trying to quit porn, download tiktok. It's certainly better than going cold turkey. Eventually, if you dislike it enough, you'll have recovered from your porn addiction enough to be able to delete ir without going back to porn. In conclusion, don't listen to Hamza about social media being totally harmful and negative. What a closeminded, simplistic view. (There are of course more arguments for them, that Hamza would dismiss in his mocking tone, no doubt,, but this is the one I'm focusing on because I really understand how trashy porn is for the brain) Do you really think you would make even the slightest difference to Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok if you quit? Just use it if you want to, you're not doing society/the world any favours. You're not more sigma/ "Adonis" by doing so. No one cares. Ffs we only have one life, just do what you like (as long as you don't harm others) and stop caring about what detractors think of you. Be yourself, basically

If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.” i think this represents your and many of our journeys away from social media. at first we didn't know it was a problem because we neither knew how mutch it harmed us nor how ruthless these nerds are. Then you learnt that it was catastrophic for our mental health and so you tried to reduce it, but then you learnt about the enemy, and the fact that "they got us by the fucking balls" and so you decided the only way was to delete them.

It feels like everybody is living an illusion. I am 15 years old (almost 16) and I've really started my self improvement last month, thanks to Hamza. I've realized that I'm so young, without any life experience, and you motivate me to do the right things. I think that what you are doing is the best that could have happened to me and millions of your viewers, spreading your knowledge to so many people, making them realize what life really is. I genuinely feel so happy for this. I think you already know this, but I think you deserve everything you work hard for, and thanks for being alive, Hamza.

I'm greatful for this channel for all those that are in this journey! The fact that many more are paying attention to what's going on means we can give new meaning to the demanding pleasures of our time. I'm struggling with letting social media go particularly because I want to be an artist. Networking is very important to succeed and without social media I feel like I'd be missing out on a lot of great networking & outreach opportunities. I'm thinking of local alternatives but I'm still not sure how optimal they are. All I'm hoping right now is that in the future more people realize how harmful social media is and the art industry (and other industries) are less reliant on the use of apps like Instagram for success.

Yo, look I've been watching you for a while and I'll start off by saying that your content has changed my life. Recently you've been posting repeated videos on social media and the 'nerds' in sillicon valley being the enemy and I fundamentally disagree with all of this. Now hear me out, I'm one of those 'nerds', I'm in the software industry and it seems like your understanding of how these websites or algorithms work is fundamentally flawed. These algorithms are not some big conspiracy on how the devs are somehow magically able to manipulate everyone into staying onto the platform. These algorithms are AI, they are specifically trained to target what people respond to, now if what you respond to is cat videos then that's gonna be your timeline, if you respond to pics of instagram models then that's what the AI will respond to. The AI isn't the problem, the AI is simply a symptom of a problem within the person (or, what's normally the case, the AI ends up locking into some sort of primal desire because that's what always gets the most clicks). Instead of blaming these companies and declaring war on them look more internally, if you're responding to these kinds of stimuli then you're craving something which the algorithm is able to serve up for you, look for what's missing and try make that the focus instead of trying to fight a worthless 'war' against a social media company. If you want more info on how the AI works and how it's actually a really scary thing that's coming in the next 50 or so years I reccomend checking out Mo Gawdat, he's written a book on the 'equation of happiness' which is an amazing read but he also delvs deep into the topic of existential crisis and how AI is probably the biggest threat to humanity right now but no one knows it. Much Love, keep up the good work and fighting the good fight

Before I start watching this video, let me write something about me. I am confused and feel defeated to some extent. I have been following Hamza for around 5 months now. I have come a long way. But, that being said, I am in no position to say that I have full control over this journey. The past month I have been living alone with ocassional visits by people. I have been hitting the gym and studying for an exam. But these days I have repeatedly failed on SR, today I have recorded a personal highest of screen time over the phone of 14hrs+ and I am distraught. Let me tell you my average consumption reduced to below 3hrs per day after I started this journey. About my career, I have always wanted to become an astrophysicist nut lately I have been thinking about how money is vey important and necessary to really be independent from any systems in life. I don't want a normal job. Lastly, I cannot approach women even when they might show some interest. I have grown so much now but this aspect is still hard. Plus, here again I'm confused. 1stman says to focus till the age of 30 but what if she is super pretty? But he says there is no concept of THE ONE. Overall I'm confused. What is the point of life? What are we trying to achieve? What is the end goal? I personally feel there is no point and that we all are confused but we think that we have figured something out. Be it 1stman, Hamza or even Tate, we share stuff and philosophies but no one is sure. I love Hamza but this is what I think.

In my personal opinion, the point of life is to live. To be with everyone around you and to just be here on this planet to just be alive. To have a good time. What are we trying to achieve? I'd say its up to you. Decide on what you want to achieve and well, achieve them. The end goal? To be happy and to be content in our lives I suppose. Although the end goal can be up to you personally. Even if there's no point to what we do, I feel like that shouldn't matter. Yeah sure, we're all going to die and the universe will die out too of planets and stars but just because everything we do may be pointless in the end, I don't think that should matter anyway. To be honest, I couldn't care less if everything I do may be worthless in the end. Anyway, go out there and achieve what you want to achieve, improve yourself and have fun. Have a good one.

guys, i will try to explain something but my english is not very good so ignore that. i agree with almost all of the video”s from Hamza but i think that he misses a crucial point. he tells us that the lives we live arent how we as humans are ment to be and i agree 100% with that, all of the technology we have and our phones, social media are all destroying our lives and we dont even know it. but i see many people questioning, if this is not our purpose, what is than our purpose? i think that our purpose is to live a life a life for God and accept that we cant do everything ourselves. we all sin everyday, people arent perfect. what we have to accept is that we need Jesus in our lives, and with his help we can live a healthy but most important peacefull life. thats our true purpose, to live our lives with God and live with the people around us. and what really makes me happy is that the videos from hamza are in line with things in the bible, which is a confirmation for me that both are true. no porn, social media, phones and not embracing weakness, but living a healthy life with our loved ones and be kind and helpfull to each other and find true peace in jesus christ

I have trouble getting out of bed in the morning, because i'll open youtube and before I know it i've been scrolling for an hour. Even now im on youtube again, once I open the app, it's very hard to stop. I've deleted instagram and reddit about a month ago now and i've been wasting less time on youtube and i'm already feeling much better, but I still have a long way to go.

I know it won't be easy for everyone but what your saying is absolutely true. I deleted Facebook back in 2021 and never used it since then Instagram took a little longer for me to get rid off but I was able to this year last month. The way people attacked me for doing this step was something I didn't expect... My friends called me weak, telling me that I can use these platforms in the right way but I was certain they were wrong. My only app Related to (Social media) is KZfaq and I'm concerned about the trajectory this company is taking with introducing KZfaq shorts and forcing this kind of cheap content. Thank you hamza for this amazing video and important message 👏👍

Hey man, thank you for all the info you put out for us, along with having in mind its your dream job. Wearing a hoodie defeats the purpose of what you’re preaching. F the comments, we are who we are and it’s not about attraction it’s about vibration… and physics. Preciate you brother good day.

In this crisis here are 9 things to quit for all Strong Men: 1. Caring about what others think 2. Not believing in yourself 3. Not experimenting different ideas / solutions for problems (life&business) 4. Not prioritizing your health 5. Wasting your precious time 6. Wanting something (instead write a plan and work towards it) 7. Chasing meaningless relationships 8. Wasting time by scrolling social media 9. Quitting addictions for good (if you have any - consider stopping it as it makes you mentally weak + affects your confidence and all other areas of your life!) 🚀 Take it easy and I hope you found one thing helpful in this list 💯☝
