Honestly like petpeeve for these types of games is when they make resources a small number like 1 food for one person I think part of why rimworld is so good is that it needs 10x the resources but they’re gathered 10x faster It just opens up more options for the devs to make something inbetween and makes things like synergies just better because it’s a lot easier to add 2 to 10 than to try doing that if you’re based around 1

I think it’s a lot different in a game like Rimworld that plays in real time and a game like this that’s turn based. It’s about the crunchy decision making here that matters whereas Rimworld is more “general planning”
