I get asked this all the time. Can you combine kettlebells, sandbags and maces / indian clubs. Well yes, you can and I do all the time!
This is an example of a standard workout where you do just that:
Warm up - 4 minutes of play
A1 - Swings x 10
A2 - Bag to shoulder x 2 each side (es)
A3 - Mace 360's x 10 es
Complete this 4 times
B1 - Single arm swings x 8es
B2 - Sandbag lunges x 3es
B3 - KB bench press x 12
B4 - KB bent over rows x 10es
Complete this 4 times
C1- Straight leg deadlifts x 12
C2- 1 1/2 push ups x 12(ish / failure)
Complete this 4 times
D1- KB tricep skull crushers to failure
D2- KB preacher curls x 25
Complete this for 2 - 4 sets ... I did 2 ;(
