If you aren't competing in tournaments, then it's just personal preference what level bracket you want. The DLC does not look like it will be good for competitive scene without lengthy rules sets and ban list.

i could see it go to lvl 200 with dlc. most are going into dlc with 150 and will end near 200.

That's the casual level though, people will most likely stay 150-125 if they wanna genuinely do regular pvp without it just being invasions​@@bings2867

Well I mean how worth it is having like 3 extra health? Would you rather have 3 extra health or be able to use extra gear?

There is a tiny cap at 58 before 60, sacrificing 2 points from vigor just make you lose 30 hp which is not that important, it could even prevent heavy load sometimes if you give to endurance.

I think if they pushed the extra damage that the uchigatana does a little further, there could be case for using it over the nagakiba.

How could we balance it? In Ds3 the Kiba equivalent was balanced by having no R1 R1 combo. Obviously that doesn’t work in ER. Only solutions I can think of are heavily increasing stamina usage and having lower poise damage. Best potential solution would be to completely rework Kiba into the Great Katana class in the DLC. But that is asking a lot.

@@TheTurt longer weapon so less damage and more stam cost per swing. Thats how they did it in ds3 with gotthards in the ss class as the trade-off for having more range. That’s all they really can do seeing how there’s no 2 hit system in this game.
