I absolutely LOVE the new front porch…and it is a porch. I can already see a couple of baskets of flowers hanging from it. Great job guys! Ant, you are really becoming quite the builder! And, Rox is such a great sidekick in all that you build. I truly love watching you two work together. Looking forward to the Spring planting of the gardens, getting your male goat from David, and seeing what else you build around the homestead. I still think you need to put some of the landscaping fabric inside the garden area to keep the weeds down. That would save you so much time in garden upkeep, and make the garden look so much better. Then, you could scatter pots of flowers/fruits/vegetables around the garden area for eye appeal. Cherry tomatoes would work great in those types of pots. Just my thoughts. It’s easy to see things that could be done when it’s not your wallet being affected. LOL!! Love you guys!!!

I didn't learn geometry in school either. When i became a carpenter then contractor i had figured it out. When building, you may want to invest in a nice 4' level!

Anthony! You should invest a couple of dollars for a magnet to magnetize screwdrivers and bits. You can run them through the center hole of such a device and magnetize them or across the outside and an magnetize them. Sure makes things easier when your screw sticks to the end of the bit! The extra hand when you need one, magnetism.
