rate my clickbait game
how to use slide attack macro:
1. install AutoHotKey (www.autohotkey.com/)
2. either download my .ahk file (drive.google.com/file/d/1-8Pf...) or copy+paste the code in this pastebin and save it as whatever.ahk (will result in the same file): pastebin.com/fBnXdxx4
3. ensure it is running (double-click it, or have it run on startup or something)
4. while in-game, hold CapsLock to repeatedly fire off slide attack inputs until you release the key.
5. (optional) if desired, try changing the delay between repeated inputs by using the PgUp and PgDown keys while in-game (a little tooltip will pop up displaying the current delay, in ms)
6. (optional) if desired, edit the lines at the top of the script to change desired hotkey, default repeat delay, and the actual input it spams (defaults to Ctrl+E, as that's slide+melee by default on PC)

I kinda thought this video was gonna cover slam jumping, I did not expect this to be about slide attacks but it’s still nice to know what works best for it

Incarnon Ceramic Dagger has +25% sprint AND parkour. Best for moving around quickly. With auto melee, you dont need macro either, just spam crouch. I bind it to the thumb button on the mouse, much easier than using the left pinky.

ceramic dagger does require you to actually be in incarnon form to get that bonus, tho. praedos gets its +30% parkour speed/+20% sprint speed/+20% slide as a passive. innodem also has +30% sprint speed as a passive (and +10% movespeed while held), so depending on whether you value parkour speed or sprint speed more, praedos/innodem are usually better picks imo. good tip on the auto melee too, but I definitely prefer to just hold a button :p

Cool video man, you showcased everything pretty well and your content is pretty underrated tbh. Just to clarify, is ankyros prime better/faster because of its 1.25 attack speed or is rakta dark dagger faster because of its slide attack animation?

thx homie! as for ankyros vs rakta, they have different animations and even among the same weapon classes there seems to be some variance in the lunge (I forgot to highlight how the innodem also seems to lunge further than other weapons, for example...innodem might actually be the fastest if you can crank its aspd up enough) so I can't say for sure. I'd have to do a more legit analysis where I compare video recordings side-by-side to be certain tbh

Im ngl, if that damages enemies instead of becoming a non-damaging attack cancel, this is better than bullet jump lol

yup. it is equally effective as an attack strategy, the animation plays out in full each time. it even breaks containers in the level for you as you speed past them!

Id like to add its one of the fastest ways to travel if you want to kill at the same time but bullet jumping w parkour boosts will get you around the map faster, especially the slide bullet jump combos

i think slam just is just faster tho? has it gives u near mach rush levels of speed without macro (something that outside of button repeating DE has a record of considering a "cheat" and makes this thing quite close to being against TOS if DE wants it to be)

you mean the 'slam in any direction' exploit? that one seems a lot more short-lived to me, wouldn't doubt the devs just fix that one of these days. and it seems waaaay less practical anyway especially if you're not running low FPS but yeah no the devs have been quite clear that they don't ban input repeater macros. they're only really against 'botting' or things that let you AFK entirely, ain't nothing wrong with spamming slide attacks

hehe, prolly never since my Valkyr playstyle is basically just spamming slide attacks with my slide attack macro. don't think I can go around telling people they're playing wrong by not using a macro :p on the other hand, I have no earthly idea why anyone would want to build her for non-perma-Hysteria, which people seem to do frequently, so there's that too

try doing this crouch+jump>rightclick>shift every little time between. add amalgam barrel diffusion to make it faster.

teeeechinically DE reserves the right to ban for any reason and employs a "use at your own risk" policy for these things. but in practice, no, simple input spammers have been used for a long time, myself included, and I've yet to hear of anyone having any issues

idk what are you talking about my Balla is 1.25 and NO? Obex Prisma is the fastest? But I guess GOOD JOB for making a completely useless video with a lot of fake informations in it.

I mean, I did forget about zaws, you got me there. you can make a custom 1.25 aspd dagger, good call. but as for Obex Prisma, no, like I said earlier sparring weapons are not to be confused with fist weapons, they don't have great slide attack animations. it slides okay but it's not as good as the others thanks for being a jerk tho :^)
