ThatAsianOcelot that's what I was thinking while I saw the thumbnail! We use a harness that keeps our dog from getting hurt but it's about as uncomfortable as a slightly tight lease! He can sit however he wants which is good since we like to go to the mountains and ski! And the car ride is like 3-5 hours and our dog would hate being in a car like that so long!

I know it’s meant to keep them safe and everything, but being suspended in the air, in an unnatural position doesn’t sound very comfortable, especially for longer rides.

Yea I have to agree, a dog being a car already isn’t part of there traits too. So making a dog place in the worst position and without any movement at all, can probs stress her/him a lot, making them never wanting to go anywhere again in the car.

I bought one for my dog and he loved it. I did a lot of research before I bought it though. I found out that the company actually had their product studied and tested before they released it. It was also approved by the Center For Pet Safety.

This is better than most of the harnesses they have for dogs. I know it can only keep dogs 25 lbs and under safe, but if you look at all other harnesses on the market, they don’t keep your dog safe at all.

I did a research about this and they had their product studied and tested by spinal surgeons, veterinarians, and animal behaviorists for 7 years before they released it. This product is perfectly safe for their spine. I also bought one for my dog and he loved it.

I like the idea of it in theory but it'd be better if it was somehow designed to "lock" the dog in a sitting position (as in the way a dog sits) rather than being suspended in mid air in more of a human sitting position. It'd also be better for dogs of all sizes, not just 25lbs and under.

I think this is best solution I have found so far to keep a small dog from flying into the dash or windshield in a crash. The little dogs appear comfortable enough to me. The bigger dogs might have some issues.Thanks.

To those commenting it looks uncomfortable.I'll gladly take a uncomfortable pet over a injured or dead one any day of the week.Given time and proper training a dog will accept and adjust to it.
