It doesn’t really seem like the monster’s stomach acid is digesting him and the other kid that went missing is still inside relatively unharmed. I feel like you could really just rip and tear your way out of his stomach or just live in there and feast on him for eternity.

@@LemonadeStand618; Yes, but it was based on an urban Legend also Entitled "The Dream" but, was changed to "The Woman in the White Dress" after the original story was told, but the Author of the Scary Stories Trilogy many years later used the real title of the story and tweaked and shortened it a little bit for his more poetic version of the story, and trust me, the real story is even more horrifying than what we know from the literary version. Have you watched "Messed Up Origins" videos? I recommend it if you're interested. (The Messed Up Origins of Scary Stories to Tell In the Dark: The Dream Jon Solo) It will take you straight there.

This episode, especially the scene of willy trapped in big yellow. It has been burned into brain for so long, because I came home one day and one of my siblings was watching this episode. This video scared the FUCK out of me. I still remember how my stomach dropped when it showed the inside of him. Being stuck in a tiny probably smelly beanbag basically. Willy is covered in sweat so it’s like super hot and humid in there. Also it’s probably super hard to breathe due to the lack of air and stench. And there’s something so scary about being so close to freedom but no one knows and can’t help you

I'd never heard of The Haunting Hour when I came across this episode whilst channel surfing in a hotel room the night of a convention. I was exhausted and a little out of it, and this episode was so weird and hard to Google afterwards, I lowkey thought I imagined it. Eventually I found it, but like, for a few days, maybe even weeks, I was operating under that impression.

When I watched this when I was little, I prepared myself as the episode ended to run the fuck upstairs as fast as I could and slam the door behind me so that Big Yellow wouldn't get me. Don't get me started on the fact I had to climb up a lil ladder and the covers over my head lol. This guy gave me literal nightmares. I dunno why but puppets, muppets, and mascots in horror TV were especially scary to me. Anyway, this was an awesome video! I look forward to seeing more stuff on your channel!

As a 11 year old the mascot didn’t creep me out. Big yellow reminds me of the muppets. Although Lilly D and that creepy singing during the end credits creeped me out till this day as a 23 year old. Honestly, after watching the FNAF movie, I always felt that it would have been better if the animatronics weren't so robotic, and acted more like Big Yellow. It's eerie and terrifying, but some of his "goofy" moments still captures how they're stil mentally children.

This episode TERRIFIED my younger sibling when she was little lmao We used to watch Goosebumps and The Haunting Hour all the time with our grandma, and that episode is the only one that gave her nightmares somehow lol I had nightmares from that one about the mask getting stuck on a girl's face lmao I don’t remember what it was called or if it was from Goosebumps or The Haunting Hour

This episode cracks me up bc at our school it was a well guarded secret who the mascot was bc they didn’t want him to get bullied so we really weren’t allowed to know who was in the costume (I knew bc he was my friend but I’m sure the other kids thought he was some kind of cryptid bc of the secrecy)
