All of the names on that team have always had big potential. Ale, Shanks, Hope were borderline world class at their respective peaks. Kael was very good for Sandbox in Spring last year, and Croco was good for them in the previous 2 years as well. So I'm not surprised they're doing this well

Eh, if I remember shanks was kinda like Creme, where they were very good at melee mids but that’s it. Now he’s improving overall. Kael was a pink ward merchant on LSB and would lose like 2.5k gold a game on pink wards somehow and never get his mythic. But I think he’s also doing better now, not that he was insane before

@@boyonthephone4331 Hope just happened to run into (in terms of laning) the best botlane since Imp/Mata. At their absolute peak as well. Shanks also showed huge potential with WE, although I agree with you, borderline world class is a stretch

Does this mean tabi is the most valueable coach in the LPL? after everything AL has been through this team was looking bad then suddenly they add tabi and suddenly they can just do things like game 2? there is no way to argue that he isn't maybe the single best coach in all of the league scene currently look what he has done to this team seriously

While I do agree with Dom that there are some very despicable people online, I disagree with the example he used with regards to the barrier of entry. Just like having to pay for a gym membership, people do also have to pay for a computer or phone. It's just that because people are chronically online and anonymous and without serious reprecussions, they can act with impunity.

@@oreoyo5639 LPL is actually more difficult though given the schedule and amount of teams you have to beat. Also, Faker gets really lucky with the meta at Worlds. Let's not forget BLG cleared Faker in back to back Bo5s this MSI. In the past 2 years, BLG is 3-0 in Bo5s against Faker.

I think they got a chance to beat JDG if JDG isn’t playing their best, but I think they’re a bit out skilled especially in the laning phase against BLG and TES

BLG domestically is invincible because they know the tendencies of their colleagues too well. It's only against LCK that their trolling gets punished. TES on the other hand is a much more well rounded team and I doubt any LPL team except BLG challenges them.

Age lol. People call Faker the greatest for very specific moments these 2 years. Most of the time, Faker's getting gapped in lane or even out of lane. Age is just difficult to overcome.
