Ibaraki Prefecture is blessed to have such a wonderful selection of bowls by the local chain, Katsuryu. Their importance on the noodles themselves are vital to what makes their bowls special and this week's Tonkotsu is the perfect representation of this. Created by Shigayama Kenichi and his new brand ""Katsuro,"" these are noodles you have to try to believe. The creamiest Tonkotsu, juiciest chashu, and noodles that make you do a double take. This is the Rich Pork Ramen.

Where is the katsuryu koukakudo brand store, where they sell the uni tsukemen? I can't seem to find it on google maps or their website.
