In today's video we continue the power phase! Had a pretty good workout, but due to me traveling I had to get a dunk session in the next day.. fatigue was crazyyyy but that's a good sign because it means I will adapt and jump higher later! Also in the video CJ, Austin, and John had a dunk session.
