Nothing on KZfaq gets me as exited as a new video from This Old Tony. You slay me, sir! I've been following your channel long enough to know exactly what would happen right after scoring the corner of that sheet metal, yet I still chuckled when you snapped the corner off like a sheet of glass. I laughed out loud and chuckled several times through this video as with any of your other videos. (The foley replacing the dead mic got me good!) And while the humor does good things to me and the actual projects, narrative and educational aspects are absolute gold, the editing is just so quirky and spot on! Keep up the good work!

I find it hard to realize that I've spent nearly an hour watching a series about building a welding cart! T.O.T. has a very real way of making even the most mundane items( self closing drawer latches) FAR more interesting than ever believed possible!! You can buy that kind of trim in meter lengths from paper supplies as binder backs, edges, or whatever they are called. Also, they come in colors in that variant so you can assort your cart to "be fashionable". But seriously, that blue is eye damaging. Not ugly, but yeah.

The first switch you showed would almost certainly be fine with your welder. The switch can *break* 35A and 110V *simultaneously*, which means that it can *carry* a least a bit more than 35A. While it can only *break* 20A at 220V, the welder will never be consuming that much power while your trying to turn it on and off -- while idle, the welder presumably uses well under 10A. So can it *carry* the 35A required while operating? Yes. Can it *break* well under 10A at 220V? Yes. All boxes checked, the switch is fine -- unless you try to operate the switch while the welder is drawing 35A, i.e., welding.

Did an architect designed this cart, most of them do more than needed. A great job though, as usual. If I'd be a bit younger, like 45-50 years, I'd build one for TIG , MIG and Plasma, on top of one another. I really appreciate all extra, high quality work you put into this job.
