Explore the subtle energy body of the chakras as using techniques that stimulate this energetic center within to activate the power to speak your truth, communicate truthfully and honestly, and to know that your truth is valid in this world. Yoga nidra is an effortless form of guided meditation that carries you into a state of wakeful sleep where one can access the subconscious mind to plant the seed of good intention.
