The domestic and global versions are still the same and the business model is also the same. There are no plans to change this policy either. More weapons is definitely needed I feel. And yea I don’t mind classes, but no classes are good too. But one thing I dislike is races in MMOs when they have gameplay/combat differences. Feels bad to feel u gotta min max or chose the wrong race for ya build

Ah yeah Eso is like that, in there you're either orc if stamina build or I think it was dark elf if magicka maybe high elf, and those stats actually mattered or you'll always underperform, that's sad I hope in global they don't do that.

I didn’t make it through the entire map so it’s tough to give an exact comparison or number. However it’s safe to say it’s smaller than most if not all modern MMOs. The space is more filled (no open fields or space just for heck of it) but it does definitely seem smaller

@@Nyce-Gaming Dude I recommend if you haven't, check out V Rising. It's not exactly an MMO, BUT! The combat is insaaaanely good! It's PVP heaven, trust me. Oh and before you make up your mind on it check out the free camera mod that turns the game into almost TERA combat. I'm addicted as hell hahaha I think you could make great content on it too :)

@@Nyce-Gaming yeah alot better! I also died to it at a boss fight where you have to be quick with those things. With the better ping you can instantly use it without standing still. And thats just from ping 220 to ping 120. So i guess it gets even better when we have servers in EU/NA

I’ll admit the lack of an dodge is gruesome at first, but the ability to bar swap and the ‘perfect parry’ system is so good. And I think 1-2 weapons have a dodge if I recall. It’s quite fun but they are both close

I'm no PvPer I just want to do some open-world public events, dailies and pve stuff like Gw2 so the current p2w aspect doesn't worry me that much(for now)as I feel like I can reach the same heights by just spending time and progressing at my own pace and I also wouldn't mind that if the pve, open-world and the combat is addicting. @@contaim7227 I don’t. I want all my resources around my character. It’s not something I want to look at and see. I want to look at my character and have all the information around my character. Do a quick google search if Ice HUD wow and you’ll find in the images what I want. It shows much more info than just health and mana but it’s all oriented around my character and uses the space for it.

Based Tera enjoyer. Tera was my first and favorite MMO to date, the PVP was really fun. GVG, open world PVP was extremely fun. The alliance territory PVP was my favorite part. My healer friend and I would roam the Alliance territory running keys, looking for fights all day long. Sometimes people we killed would bring their friends, so we brought our guild, they would bring their guild, then the alliances got involved and it would go from Alliance territory PVP to open world PVP to everyone fighting. After hours of fighting everyone would say good fight and just chill. best time of my life that I have spent gaming. Too bad it was handled poorly and it died because of P2W and poor optimization.

@@chaoticneutral783 Bad optimization ok and bad support ok but dead? No, Tera is crosplay on consoles and it’s ok. I have try many MMOs,never find better of Tera.

I didn’t flop, it just didn’t met the expectations from the shareholders even though it is not considered to be part of the 2023 fiscal year. So the earnings etc don’t reflect the fiscal year. A flop would be no one is playing it

That’s a fair opinion. They seemed to literally mimic each other much minus the gw2 bar swap cooldown. Tho gw2 had less stagnant abilities tbf

In GW2 almost all abilities let you move during executing them, the movement is very fluid, no glitchy stuttery things like in TL. In GW2 you have a dodge button which feels very natural, TL block will freeze you on spot, and abilities after it don’t flow seemlessly. GW2 weapon swap is a strategic decision, swap itself can trigger an ability via traits. Weapon swapping creates meaningful strategic combat build decisions. In TL to this day i don’t understand why there was a weapon swap button, it felt redundant. The TL skill leveling system is very mobile like, it is nesr impossible for casual players to reach max skill level. In a game that is pvp based this creates big imbalances, new and casual players are instantly disqualified from the pvp, which is the actual supposed endgame. The dungeons were just an afterthought and they even felt like that. When i played the game for like 6 weeks, i felt like im playing Diablo Immortal. I clicked on more UI rewards than on actual mobs. Oh and if I wanted to kill some mob, some pay2win maxed out player stole it from me instantly, dosqulifying me even from a simple peace event for low level characters. The creators of the game already stated the western release will be the same business model. So even if they polished the combat, it will stay to be this crappy pay2win blackhole. GW2 is eternally better

@@alisardius1577 hey so I think you may have misheard me. I’m not saying in anyway tl is a better game . Just that the tab target combat for me felt better. But yea gw2 feels more mobile and having an active dodge roll felt super good. My literally only gripe with gw2 is the bar swap cooldown, but I like gw2 combat for sure. Tho I do like T&L auto swapping weapons for the intended skill. And yea man I agree everything in T&L still feels super mobile gamey

@@Nyce-Gaming it is true that the cooldown on weapon swapping in gw2 is kind of outdated. It adds to the complexity of skill rotation for the folks who want to maximize their damage on bosses, but yeah in general it doesn’t add to the fun

Well said. They don’t exactly have the best reputation even in Korea anymore it would seem. I honestly feel AGS would have to pull off a hell of a rebranding in order to make T&L successful in both a reputation and business sense
