Throwback Thursday Reviews: Mattel Disney Collector Dolls Imperial Beauty Mulan Limited Edition Doll
Based from the 1998 animated film, Mulan, comes Mattel's limited edition doll version of her, donning a traditional Chinese outfit. This doll was also released the same year and is one out of the series of Disney collectors dolls released for Disney films.

Hi 1st viewer from 🇵🇭 Philippines, The Imperial Beauty Mulan was inspired from the 2004 sequel: Mulan 2, her imperial palace outfit was inspired by the scene when she is ready to married

I prefer this Mattel dolls over the Disney Store Limited Edition dolls by miles.

She is really pretty,not crazy about her hair,but that's me being picky. The vibrant red looks great on her.

I'm not a fan of her hair either, the wide styled bun is exactly what Mattel did too with Anna's Frozen Fever doll and I didn't like it on her. You're right, the vibrant red really suits her.

I hated mattels frozen dolls except frozen fever Elsa,she turned out ok. Hasbro and disney store nailed Elsa's face best. Anna disney store did her face best.

I guess that is one of the reasons why they lost the rights to Hasbro, Mattel's doll creations had gone downhill in terms of making Disney dolls. They used to be good with it. Elsa's Frozen fever doll looks pretty, though Disney had created the perfect face sculpt for both Elsa and Anna.
