If I rented a place and I couldn't place my own lock on it, well, I wouldn't rent there. And, I wouldn't leave my stuff until a lock got put on it. I also wouldn't rent a warehouse where other people could get to my stuff. This is the fourth video I've seen where someone rents out a warehouse thinking they get it to themselves and later it comes out that there are other people renting that same space.

I actually believe the plaintiff about the unlocked door (and the landlord didn't answer the question, and JM let him get away with it. Judge Judy wouldn't have). HOWEVER, the plaintiff had ZERO proof. He LITERALLY came with nothing but his flapping gums and expected to win??? Not even proof he could EASILY get. Did you phone from a cellphone or a home line? Inventory what you've stored and take copious amounts of photos to document what has been stored. Fat dude's business is a haphazard as he looks.
