Welding and Replacing Pipes: Tips and Tricks for a Successful Project.
In this video, we will cover the essential tips and tricks for welding and replacing pipes successfully. Whether you're a DIYer or a professional, pipe replacement and welding can be a challenging task that requires proper knowledge and technique. We'll share our expertise in selecting the right materials, tools, and safety gear for the job, as well as techniques for cutting, fitting, and welding pipes together. We will also share tips for replacing old pipes and fittings, including how to remove rusted or corroded pipes and fittings, and how to properly weld and connect new pipes to the existing system.
None of these videos are recorded in a fancy shop surrounded by sponsorship banners!
My videos are recorded at working sites in various locations and welding positions.
90% of my welding projects in videos are x-rayed, and if you like to see hands-on projects, welcome!

cool videos when I weld something like that with a 4 mil gap because the gap shrinks to 2 mil. Halfway through. How do I avoid this? Get well soon for your arm injury. Thanks and keep goin .

On the burrs (angel wings) after zipping it, do you pick them out with a rod, or do you turn amperage down and burn them out?
