Today. I brushed my teeth harder than normal and chewed gum for first time in a while. Sure enough, white pieces surrounding my silver filling chipped off exposing the silver part of it. Should I be immediately concerned since their is apparently mercury (googled it) in it

Hey Bensist I was brushing my teeth and was looking at my teeth and in the back right side of my mouth I think I see my wisdom tooth coming out. I don’t think I was a dentist appointment until about 4 months. Should I have my mom try to get me in for a sooner appointment should I leave it? I don’t know what to do it doesn’t hurt so I am not that worried right now but u wanted the Bensists thought

I was born missing 7 permanent teeth and I’ve always been insecure and embarrassed for my teeth even if you can’t see the missing one. I just got braces but I still don’t feel very confident. When I tell someone about my missing teeth they get weirded out..

Hi Bentist Not sure if you read comments but you have encouraged me to pursue getting braces. I’m 37 this year and have been working hard to overcome dental phobia for years. Now, I’m getting braces put on 2 weeks and I want to thank you and your team 😊

Braces aren’t that bad as people say.I have them and they hurt only the first few days and first hours when you get your bangs changed

i just got mine like 5 days ago, i would recommend getting softer foods or stuff that you dont have to chew on all too much because it hurts real bad for the first 3-4 days because they make your teeth really sensitive. it'll be an annoying pain to deal with at first, but honestly after just about 4 days it doesn't really hurt all too much anymore and even though they're still sensitive i can manage to start chewing chicken n' stuff with my back teeth a little easier. and don't worry about when they're actually putting the braces on, it honestly doesn't hurt as bad as most people say, or at least it didn't for me.

Don’t get clear it’s gonna get stains White is just gonna make your teeth look yellow Blue it’s gonna be a little Crazy Pink it’s gonna get stains because it’s a light colour Silver, it’s gonna make your teeth look metal So from my opinion I think you should get purple it doesn’t get stains. it’s not gonna make you look like metal in your mouth and for me I think it’s just the perfect colour so yeah

The bentist has inspired me to become a dentist! When I told my family member I wanna become a dentist they got surprised and I’m happy to go to the dentist (I’m the only one at a young age to go to a dentist) and I’m very happy :D

Omg I’m so relieved when you said that when you chew on stuff as a kid some baby teeth can come out cause I was chewing on gum and I had weak teeth (my dentist said I did) and I was eating a deadly chewy sweet and my tooth popped out and I’ve been scared ever since (it was a milk tooth) so Tysm!!!

In the early 80’s I had 24 teeth removed before I was 10. Some were out, most were impacted. My teeth never needed braces and are completely straight.

Man we had a robotic dexter that mad noise when something fell in the back or it had too much fluid in telling the students to suction and so on and it shorted one day during a test when we were all at our desks. It started making the SCAREST noises in the last OP in the back corner. Like test silence went to dead silence. I think we all stopped breathing at one point trying to figure out what the tiny screaming hissing kraken noises where lol
