Thank you so much for the detailed installation guide! I’m looking to buy one and want to ask if you think it’s too much of a hassle to install and remove the window kit on daily basis? My home office has massive windows and it’s a bit hotter than rest of the house some days so I want to use it for those days. But for safety reasons I would like to remove it once I’m done for the day. Based on your video it looks like it should not take too long to just put the window kit back up to the window but would like your opinion. Thank you!

To add to the window lock thread, our daughter just got a portable ac and lives alone would love to get her some locks for her windows. You mentioned Amazon having them but all we see are metal ones that would be super noticeable. We could have overlooked the ones similar to the ones you used but do you happen to still have the brand/name of the ones you used in the video we like the fact that they seem to blend in better.

@TomLeeman

When you see an E5 error on your air conditioner it means that the water collection tank is full. So the solution to the problem is to drain the water collection tank. This is something that is easy to do yourself without needing to call a professional AC repairer.
