Count it all Joy, Turmeric? You can get the fresh root and grate it in tea and smoothies. As essential oil, I use Ancient Apothecary from Dr. Axe, 2 drops with a tbs of honey. You can make Golden Milk from powder. It's recommended to take it with pepper. Some prefer Turmeric capsules. Turmeric is used in many dishes. When it comes to Horsetail I only use the capsules. Prevents hair loss.

My family member in her 90s looked 60. She ate cornbread with no sugar, bacon, eggs, beans but very little sugar laden foods. She walked. Her diet was southern. She had no major health problems. A medicine caused her kidney to stop functioning. She died age 96. She believed in drinking one cup of coffee everyday.

I agree with the organic animal fat being moisturizing.Right on Dr.Axe. Hungarians have a dish called "kocsonya "which is bone broth and pig ears, skin and hog cooked with carrots and garlic, simmered very slowly. We eat it solidified in jello form with onions and paprika. I guess we knew for centuries what was good for us.

Everything that you mention is true ! 🙂👍👏🙋🏻‍♂️ I just ate a beef bone broth freshly made. I also like salmon caviar, black caviar, and a lot of raw seafood from Boston and Maine. I go up there pretty often. I noticed raw seafood helps a lot with anti-aging one other thing is going to the steam and dry sauna and of course few times a week working out…. Thank you for your info ! 😊👍👏🙋🏻‍♂️😁

Eat walnuts & almonds ( raw & not roasted). Walnuts give you Omega 3 oil, almonds provide calcium for your skin. If you eat salmon, get only the wild caught kind from the North Atlantic Ocean. At least the Atlantic hasn't been heavily contaminated by radiation yet - The Chernobyl nuclear explosion did create radioactive clouds that resulted in contaminated rain, & some of it had fallen into the Atlantic, but it is much much less than the radiation levels in the North Pacific currently. Don't eat salmon from the Pacific, they have been genetically damaged by the 2011 Fukushima radioactive leakage into the Pacific Ocean. ( It is still continuing & the Japanese hasn't been able to fix it.) The Fish Oil supplements that extract oil from Pacific fish are also dangerous. Then, Norwegian farmed salmon was reported to be fed by a chemical feed that causes cancer about 3 years ago. There hasn't been news about the correction of that problem yet!! ( You can view those reports on KZfaq.)
