Jessabelle is a really good movie. It has some good suspense. Especially when she's alone in the house bc she's disabled.

2014 was a pretty good year for horror movies. As above, so below is a really good movie.

Babadook is probably the only one worth watching. It's a cerebral horror film with a creepy atmosphere and no cheap jump scares. I'm so sick of jump scares. They just startle you with loud noise. They aren't really horrifying. And they actually destroy any tension in a film. Maybe As Above, So Below is worth a look to. The concept at least is interesting.

The babadook wasn't a horror film to me. It was more of a psychological thriller. Lots of metaphors, lots of hidden meanings. That's probably why so many people didn't like it when they saw it, because they probably just didn't understand the point of it. That, or because of samuel because even he ruined the movie for me.

Found footage films need to be done the right way. Blair witch genuinely frightened me because I was under the impression that it was real. The first Paranormal activity was great. I liked how they incorporated security cameras. But now the guy that is obsessed with his video camera is getting old. JUST my opinion.

As above so below was awesome although I wouldn't necessarily place it under the genre of horror, it's more of a psychological thriller because it really fucks with you. The babadook was good if you don't consider it a horror as well since it has more to do with internalized problems (and for anyone saying the boy was an absolute annoyance yes, you are right and that was the entire point you're supposed to find him annoying and feel like you want to strangle him the way the mother does) The Deborah one and deliver us from evil were ok too and if you're really into gore then the green inferno is the movie for you, besides the fact the film itself (gore aside) is giving us a peek into some gorgeous Amazonian scenery it's also really cool that the indigenous people are played by an actual Peruvian tribe in the film

Do the producers know how to make a trailer without spoiling central points in the plot?

I like the way you didn't use all the usual ones like everyone else does (the exorcist, paranormal activity ect) but you used ones that are never used in these lists but are (in my opinion) twice as scary!

This was a nice collection. You were right on the money of the most scariest movie ever created. Exorcist by William Blatty is a movie that frightens me to the very core!!! It has my bodily functions not acting right. Seriously!!! I cannot and will not EVER watch that movie alone. Give me a 10 million dollars and I would still refuse. That movie has too much truth in it and my mind can't deal with it. The question is: Is it really just a movie? I'm a horror queen there was never a horror movie that could ever give me as much emotions as Exorcist. Spelling this movie is even sending chills down my spine and my throat is even squeezing up. Kudos to W.B

As much as I love horror and freaky stuff(Goosebumps and that sort of exchange),I would like to compliment your appearance and your choice of movies.However since this is the Internet,I would like to make a comment on the list: 10.My English teacher said this was an average below horror film,but I love France and I like the Catacombs they are interesting 9.Tusk seems more of a comedy horror than a scary movie because of Kevin Smith's production and Johnny Depp killed the movie with his part. 8.Ouija is stupid because it's a board game and I heard that it's actually dangerous to use to communicate to the spirit world and the other side. 7.Im actually interested in seeing The Green Inferno because I know Eli Roth's Hostel and Cabin Fever series which I appreciate his work.Overall,it seems fun watching a movie about a fictional cannibal tribe in the Amazon rainforest. 6.The Talking of Deborah Jones seems another cliché. 5.Its alright 1.Another sequel to The Conjuring,oh boy....
