If you fake a tapout and then start beating on a defenseless fighter, you should not only be banned from the sport, but you should be charged with assault. These garbage piles disguised as humans can easily do permanent damage.

Exactly!! pieces of trash... They can do damage that's very irreversible.. Banned those clowns.. and while we at it ban Refs who let countless unanswered hits go without a stoppage..

I see times in a real sanctioned fight, where fighters show habits of just being in training. After the Holland / Khamzat fight, that the high 5 in the beginning isn’t a good idea. Fighters should train the training out of them preparing for a fight. It’s not official until the Ref stops it.

It’s a cheap cheat. And you have a point; it makes it more dangerous for other fighters that tap and the ref doesn’t see it. Broken arms, or legs can easily result. The boy who cried wolf.

What do sport promoters do about cheating athlete ? Thats the question.. likely watching it on cam the tap ..and the rules still says the ref only have the power to stop the fight 😅.. clearly fake tap should be on the rule 😅

MMA is not soccer, fake tap is definitely cheating. That is why I can not watch soccer + it's boring. If you want to act, go to drama school. MMA unlike soccer is a real sport.
