in some cases yes. Dino Thunder's is one such theme I do agree with. I likely would have skipped out on that season if that theme hadn't kept me into the series. ( that and the fact Tommy came back as a ranger once again ) One of only a handful of the mentors who actually lead from the front line. Only 2 of them legit did and a couple others being grey area leading from the fronts.

4:55 Power rangers Dino thunder. I really like the lyrics especially the beginning. "With the force of ages, centuries combine" You can see it as obvious (dinosaurs) but you can also see it as a legacy (with tommy being the mentor and all) since Dino Thunder is the best ever legacy season where the characters actually feel like they know of their legacy.

Super Megaforce was even remotely like the original sentai version. then it would have been significantly better in my opinion so many things went wrong with that. for one adding Power Rangers that never even made an appearance in previous series but only appeared in Super Sentai. make me think that their editing skills was far too lacking to even attempt to make an English version of it it was just so disappointing. They could have something good the ending was good in my opinion but everything following up to it was total crap that it just seemed like Saban took a dump on the story. it was just horrible they could have done so much better. Of course that was just my opinion.

they explained exactly what that was before playing it. it was a concept song by ron wasserman for mystic force which was rejected. so in a sense it is a mystic force theme. just one that went unused.

strawberrybankai12 Not every number 1 list, that's kind of an exaggeration, if it was I would agre, but with MMPR, it deserves to be on the number one spot in case of theme songs, because of how it cemented itself, and several later theme songs incorporated the MMPR theme into it's own theme (Zeo, Turbo, Samurai, Megaforce, Ninja Storm, etc ) or elements of lyrics into its theme.

SPD's theme always give me that childhood memory feel. Remembering how to entertain myself when I was getting tests down (some sleep doctor, don't know the legit term for it), Mom would let me rent DVDs from the local library. And Power Rangers SPD was the first Power Ranger show I have seen. Good Times!

Considering how even more cheesy-looking the Ninja arc was, Zeo was a welcome addition. I love the mix of old and new with the theme song, and based on the description of the Zeo powers, the Zeo Rangers are one of, if not *the* strongest Ranger team of all (the Zeo power continuously grows stronger the more they used it). It's why the transition from Zeo to Turbo with the Turbo film, along with the first half of the Turbo series, was so jarring and seen as pointless. Aside from soon shifting to a whole new cast that we barely knew yet, it was largely because there was *no* good reason for them to use the Turbo power over the Zeo power aside from the plot forcing them to - the Turbo power supposedly being the *only* way the Rangers could pass through the barrier to get to the island in the film. Aside from that, unless you watch the film first, you won't even know that much and you'll be wondering WTF is going on if you go straight into the series. If it weren't for the second half of the series *vastly* improving (especially the last couple episodes) along with the subsequent In Space series, Power Rangers would have all but died internationally. Even the original Japanese show it was adapted from, Gekisou Sentai Carranger, was a parody series of the Sentai series.

I’m so glad Ninja Storm was the first theme song mentioned. That season was how I got introduced to the franchise. That’s the main theme song from all the seasons that plays in my head over and over again.

power rangers ninja storm is 1# for me because it has the best voice narrator in the series and the electric guitar with the flute, including the thunderstorm sound effect not just only gets stuck on my head but also gives me a youthful feeling that other themes don't have.

Or maybe it's a matter of opinion? I agree with it being number 1... though primarily with the movie theme. The movie theme is super sweet, and the best moment in the new movie was when that theme kicked in. I love the verses, and that opening guitar solo is insane. I love a lot of these themes, but sometimes the original is the best.

The go go is used far to much and would have made more sense for it to be first if 2010 seasons had not ruined it by copying believing those seasons were good when they were all terrible power rangers 1993-2009 were the only good ones and Thats were it ended for me but im still a fan at heart so i watch bits and xlips every now and then i feel like but yea im feeling ya

Personally though Jungle Fury will always be my favorite opening theme song and Jungle Fury has always been and always will be my favorite season.
