Today, I'm going to go through my 3 top exercises to help improve prolapse symptoms. These exercises focus on using breathwork to release tension in the pelvic floor, because we know that tension in the pelvic floor can increase prolapse symptoms. Getting your pelvic floor moving better is key to better pelvic health and less symptoms. You can either use the lateral breathwork I explain or add in the hypopressive vacuum if you know what you're doing!
