I've done the static squats while holding 5# weights in each hand before, but tried something new this morning. I stood on the flat side, in static squat position, while using a weight machine to do triceps extensions and two-arm curls. I've also used the flat side to grip while doing push-ups. Thank you for making this video. Lots of great ideas.

First, let me start by saying thank you for being REAL! These are some great ideas and I love that you’re not about putting on a face full of make up, sticking your breasts up and out & wearing these overly sexy work out clothes they make for women now. Don’t get me wrong, they’re comfortable but it’s about the work out and the results, not the outfit. That is the reason I clicked on your add rather than some of the other women.. . You’re not full of yourself
