Please, let people know that erythritol is not safe. Today was published a new study, erythritol has been linked to blood clotting, heart attack, stroke and death. It is not safe for people with existing risk factors for heart disease.
@Choedron

Why do you give health advice on food, when you are not educated as a doctor? Stevia is not necessary good for you, since many stevia products are also mixed with erythritol, which is causing a higher risk of heart attacks and stroke - according to a new study. And science has not made proper studies of Stevia yet, to conclude anything about its risks. So you just blurt out unsubstantiated rubbish. Besides, why eat chicken at all, when there is no scientific need to eat meat or other animal products of any kind.

I wish there was one more option on the Bobby Approved App for things that are ALMOST Bobby Approved. Sometimes I’m at the grocery store and there’s not a single option in a specific category that I need to purchase that is approved. A lot of times there’s a clean non-GMO and organic option but it has natural flavors so it’s not approved. I would still like to know what’s the best option even if it’s not perfect.

I agree. I love Bobby and have learned so much from him but I find mistakes using the app a well. I think it need to be updated. Some items say Bobby approved when it’s not and vice Versa. @@lauracofman7128. You make a good point ,from watching so many videos about nutrition and the toxic things in some of the healthy foods at the stores, I came to the same conclusion, for example probiotic sauerkraut comes in a plastic container and so does collagen powder and that can't be good, you got something very healthy but because they want to maximize their profits they put it on plastic containers which is probably the #1 reason for Ed and hormone disruption and low sperm count. Organic whole foods, grass fed meats, pasture raised eggs anything healthy unprocessed is our better option, fermented foods should be put in glass containers not plastic, but still we can't be paranoid about everything and not all of us live in a farm where we have our own animals and grow all our vegetables the right way so we have to buy some of this healthy foods that might have been in contact with toxic metals and plastics, but at least we're still in better shape than the uneducated people that will rather eat anything and just go to the doctor and get their meds to feel better. I'm from the Caribbean....what he said about Washing the meat I heard years ago that being said I still wash mine lol. Growing up my mother would wash the meat in a bowl and then clean the sink and surrounding areas after she was finished with the meat. So that is what i do. Also leaving it in vinegar/lemon/lime water starts to break down the meat and like you I find the meat cooks softer and tastes better. It also cuts the raw scent and taste. Think of marinades that usually have a citrus ingredient 🤔. I'm also a medical lab tech so I know a thing or two about bacteria. Really it's a personal choice in my opinion but I would say if u still wash your meat clean the surrounding area right after.

You should include a link to the study about yogurt. I like to use good yogurt for most confidence in quality of the culture in making yogurt, but all of them work. Siggis may have more and may have a more wholesome provenance (I don't know this to be true but it may), but there is no way all the other yogurts are crap. I'd be interested in info on the study and what it found. I would like to know about other brands specifically that kill all the bugs and then add bugs back in. Also are bugs added back in worse or is it better for being consistent from batch to batch? I'm interested and want to understand so that I don't default to my jaded side that says you may have a financial stake in this message.

If you can find organic raw milk at your local organic foods store, that's your better option, A2 milk from grass fed cows would be a second choice, but anything that has been perverted by men can't be as good as the real thing, there's no lactose intolerance with raw milk, pasteurization is the problem, it had to be pasteurized for mass production, because raw milk from the wrong sources that don't handle it correctly can be bad too, but is perfect 👌 if is handle correctly.

As for washing meat ask someone who works in a meat processing plant. If people knew what processed meat was exposed to they would probably either not eat it anymore or wash it with both soap and water. If you are afraid to wash poultry in the sink just take it outside and wash it off in a container with a hose. Actually letting poultry soak in water for a time is a good idea. This non washing of poultry came from the USDA government so what have they ever been right about.

Dearest sweetest Bobby, I so much want to join but unfortunately I have not a credit card to pay through. I wish they find us another way like take straight from our phone dollars instead, because honestly you and your beautiful family deserve billions Anyways, I never cook chicken but my family who were expert cooks used to rub it with lemon excessively then flour it leave it aside and wash the flour. Afterwards, they used to rub the place it was placed in or on or at with lemon then of course wash the area with detergents after removing the chicken. The funny thing is that when once upon time I acted as if and wanted to cook chicken I discovered I was out of flour so I used coco, one other time I used coffee. It worked! I found you a good use for all the not Bobby approved coffee out there😇😂🤣

I don't eat meat . But when I was growing up my mom would boil the chicken with salt instead of washing it. Then drain the water and cook as desired. Her thought was Boiling doesn't spread the germs all over the kitchen and kills more bacteria.

I have been buying Terra Delyssa Tunisian EVOO lately assuming that it is genuine. Can you do a video exclusively focussing on real vs fake EVOO brands ? How do I differentiate other than flavour ? I buy Kirkland brand when I get the opportunity to shop at Costco.

I was Told to watch the chicken because at times there can be metal particles but then after washing it, I’ll spray everything with vinegar. This is good to know. Thanks, Bobby.

My daughter has a bad allergy to foods with high nickel/cobalt content. Unfortunately this is most whole wheat and whole grain foods. If you have any suggestions on how to eat healthy with also keeping the toxic metal content down it would be greatly appreciated

Sometimes I feel bad that I have to stop other shoppers and ask them to read small print on the label for me. Otherwise, I have to take a picture and enlarge it But thanks to you, Bobby I know how important it is. I used to just look at calories, and now that’s the last thing I look at.

I always soak chicken not wash it and splash water everywhere. Same with fruits and vegetables. A good soak in my opinion does the trick. Easy and not messy at all. Just pour it down the drain as I transfer the chicken to a cutting board or pot.

Actually, if you look at the servings per container on the Stevia package you'll see it's about 1,000 servings per container @ 25mg per 'scoop' which in reality it seems most people's average 'scoop' is about 1/2 tsp.. which at that rate it's just over 2,250mg per realistic serving. Double check that but I'm pretty sure I have that right

I had a severe reaction to stevia, ended up in the ER. I had severe digestive pains and felt like I had worms crawling under my skin. It was HORRIBLE! So I tried food with Erythritol and again had a reaction, bloating, cramps and severe diarrhea. All of those "fake" sugars aren't good for you either. My doc said to simply tremendously limit sugar intake but treat myself now and then. No more problems! Sucralose, aspartame, all that "fake" sugar junk is not good for you.
