my probation officer once told me to give him letters of recomendation from some formal clients that my family worked for so he can show them to the judge next thing you know these clients were telling my family they were recieving calls from supposed jail inmates that were with me in jail saying if they didnt reicieve money they were gona kill me in jail. This leads me to believe even correctional officers try to extort

Why is any of this shit allowed to happen inside a prison? Either lock that shit down TIGHT, or make it an environment where people can do their time safely and productively, so that they can come out on the other side as functional, contributing members of society, and not just harder criminals.

Criminal College isn't just a funny sounding concept. The guards would hold it down better if they weren't afraid within the constructs of the same system. The same system that gives them protection, also allows rights to the inmates, they operate within these bounds, criminally. The guards keep a just distance from it, as would a teacher in a ghetto, shit school district, and the inmates get their deviant criminal behavior on. All of them. That's just how it is, even the clean ones end up acting dirty if they are working some privileged position and are expected to smuggle a cig or 2 back from intake trash once in a while. Everyone graduates in criminal college, eventually, and that knowledge is retained.

WELL!! its not that it is allowed, the prison system, Hence the word PRISON SYSTEM is another world all unto its own, I done crime and did the time ...I will say this he is telling you how to stay safe, within the prison system , he made it clear it does not always happen the way he said it but it does happen, also these people are the very same people on the street you walk past everyday, its THE PRISON SYSTEM that is the most control vice EVER!!! most people think your rights from the outside world follow you behind the wall once your in....wrong... your handed a book of the prison system rights/rules to follow and your better follow them... or you will commit a crime in the system ..and thats fucked up!!! yes there are gangs who run parts or great deal of it, this is true...no money means no ties most of the time you be left alone.... It also shows you can swing your life around. Look at this guy! He is turning it around and helping others especially our children that they don’t have to resort to to this life style as it will only hinder you and your being! He is a good guy who has earned his redemption! I think they should have guys like this helping run youth groups in every area to help the community! Wish this guy nothing but great things! 👍

@@youraveragejoe2 Easy. You get arrested on trumped up charges from crooked cops (i.e. 85% of them). You're too poor to afford a real lawyer and the DA tells you you're looking at 3-5 years in prison. But he's going to offer you a deal: plead guilty to a lesser charge. Person takes the deal... It happens all the time. You should do a little reading about it.

Good shit man. I received a 2 year bid in GA for my 5th technical probation violation. I served 2.5 months in county then got shipped off to Coastal State Prison. I lucked up and wound up in a 90 day program where everyone in the building was in the same program. Most of us got out in 90 days so it was pretty relaxed. We had access to cigarettes, drugs, cell phones even though there were no outside work details. The COs were bringing it ALL in. We had the usual amount of fights but none of the serious shit youre talking about. I did a total of 5.5 months on that 2 year bid. I got real lucky. I appreciate this video because if i ever go back I might not be as lucky next time. I will keep your advice in mind

Mystery meat stroganoff. Red, yellow, brown, white, or tan sauce. Cornbread and cake. Sometimes boiled veggies. Breakfast cereal. Bread. Another slice of mystery meat,or a boiled egg. Maybe other places are different. I dont KNOW for sure.

yeah really. I hate stupid statements like this. and this particular one is very common. it sounds so easy doesn't it? for you, im sure it is. "just don't go to prison dude" "just stay inside and play video games if your bored" just don't eat that much if your broke" well what happens when you cant stay home? cause some dude is beating the shit out of your mom. now picture this. really try to put yourself in these shoes. dudeman is fucking your mom up, bad. bloody nose and everything. your 12. okay. 12 years old and this shit like this happens. along with the uncomfortable vibe of hard drugs everywhere in the house. is that a house that you would want to be in? no. its not. so you go outside in the neighborhood....oh wait. oops. this isn't the suberbs. this is inner city Wilmington. its scary. you walk around looking for something to do that isn't watching your mom get beat up and kill herself with drugs everyday. youre walking around block to block. well you get hungry walking around all the time. but your 12. no job. no allowance. what should you do? look in some trashcans maybe? nah. nah not all. youre going to steal some shit. wanna know why? cause that's all you've seen since you were little. everyone around you steals and goes to jail. its all you know. so it inevitably happens to you. nature vs. nurture. innercity kids can have the most loving parents ever. but if your friends down the block are bad news, ultimately its going to have an impact on you. in some ways in inescapable. yeah you hear a few success stories. so what? that means millions of people can do that right now as well? huh well shit if that's true then I gotta go tell somebody! this is groundbreaking!! no. very few are lucky enough to make it out." the best way to avoid this is to avoid going to prison." hmm. what kind of childhood did you have growing up again?
