I really recommend you learn these useful adjectives because they are very common and often used in conversations. By the way, this is the third video in the series. A very useful video with great examples using the adjectives. Your enunciation was clear and paced perfectly for me to follow it easily. I will peruse the video again tomorrow so that I can jot down several adjectives in my notebook. Спасибо большое Кристина - отлично!

Oops, sorry Kristina I got slightly delayed in getting back to this video and have just now perused it again. There were 9 adjectives which I wasn't familiar with, so have duly noted them in my блокнот. By the way, I wanted to thank you so much for putting stress marks on words - it really helps with pronunciation when I go back and review words I have written down. Your teaching is superb!

Thanks for the video. Why in this sentence is the dative case used? он был очень важным человеком
@ArtWade

Actually, this is the instrumental case. When things were or become something, they go into the instrumental case. So, in her example, he "was" an important man. If he or she wants to be a doctor, the sentence would be: он/она хочет быть врачом. I've heard this grammar topic referred to as the "instrument of being," which is a helpful way of remembering it. I'm learning too, so thought I would help. Kristina can add more or correct my mistakes.

Another example she used, они стали лучшими друзьями...they "became" best friends. Cheers!
