I'm now eating this way and all I can say is WOW.....food truly IS medicine!! ❤ The benefits I'm experiencing just go on and on. My mental health, my skin, my hair, my sleep etc etc etc. The list goes on and on regarding what these foods he mentioned and then some have done to transform my life in such highly positive ways. You all owe it to yourselves to jump on the bandwagon and let excellent nutrition heal yourselves.

Don't forget to include fermented foods to feed your gut friends, the healthy bacteria. They are needed for healthy brain function. Fermented foods include yogurt, kimchi, sauerkraut, radish, tofu, miso, kafir, tempeh and Kombucha. People always forget the health of your stomach connected to the health of your brain.

Most coffees are poor quality N then it negates or depletes minerals Id go with green tea matcha turmeric ACV chamomile or the like research ceylon cinnamon, ginger, blend entire lemon That or go lion diet

I eat all that regularly since my fifties except turmeric, i have it, just not sure how to incorporate it into my foods. At 66 healthy, no meds, no brain fog, work everyday, look good, feel good. So I guess good food is like a medicine .

So far, this is the only dietary guideline I've seen from any of these KZfaqtoks where the science is correct. Most of these people just woke up one day and said: "I'm going to call myself a nutritionist!" and then started making videos to intentionally mislead people.

Most of those have nutrients we need. But our body cannot get it from a lot of those items on the list. Fatty Meat (especiaply beef)and eggs are the best sources.

I was eating all of these on a regular basis except walnuts … and wild salmon because of cost, but now I am buying frozen. I will no longer eat spinach and have cut down on my dark chocolate consumption because I am trying to significantly reduce my oxalate load.
